I was looking for a place that had self service and automatic because I wanted to get the biggest globs of muck off with the foaming brush and high-pressure spray. Porter Car Wash was perfect for both. The self-service bay worked perfectly. They even took my credit card instead of making me rummage around for quarters. I got the worst of the mud off and made the car looking decent with one swipe of my credit card. Step 2 was to go to the automatic wash and have it get the rest of the residue off and run it through the dryer. I opted for the $10 wash. The owner was hanging out and watched my car go through the cycle. When I was finished he said the wax did not properly dispense on that side and invited me to go to the other bay and he would run me through again on his dime where the wax would work. I really appreciated his wanting my car to be right. I don't know what it is with somebody who gave them a really bad rating but I found the place to be clean, everything in working order and well serviced by staff. In fact the owner was the one who helped me. I will happily return. Her truck looks great!

The streak free shine left me wiping my car down for fifteen minutes afterwards to try to remove the spotting and still couldn't do. When I talked to the woman who ran the business she proceeded to argue with me about the results and did NOTHING to compensate the $8 I wasted on their sub-par equipment. The damage was inspected and confirmed to be impact-related, with the repair estimate coming to approximately $2,800. It appears that something was kicked up, traveled through the small opening in my grille, and caused the damage--without any damage to the bumper itself or the under carriage. Manic debris perhaps... it happed immediately after the wash. I explained the situation to the manager, but she seemed completely unfamiliar with how this type of damage could occur. She denied my claim without providing any meaningful explanation or demonstrating that she had any actual knowledge of the circumstances surrounding the damage. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of communication. The store does not answer the phone, does not respond to emails, and I was never even provided a claim number. Corporate customer service was no better. At this point, I am asking my insurance company to do after them. I expect the company to take responsibility for properly investigating the claim and addressing the damage that occurred. The entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. $2,800 is a significant amount of money, and customers deserve better communication, accountability, and customer service.

I came across Hitman Auto Detailing on yelp and was drawn to the reviews and types of cars they washed. I am picky about my cars, I dont take them through drive through washes and they have cermaic coating on them. I wanted to work with someone that understood that and properly care for the car and not scratch it, etc. I reached out through Yelp and received a quick response regarding pricing and availabilty. I was able to get an appointment within a few days for both of my Range Rovers and I felt the pricing was competitive. The morning of my wash, Desmond arrived promptly and I immediately felt at ease with him. I went over my concerns and expectations and we agreed on the level of wash/detail service. I selected the Mercenary Wash which matched the type of options I normally do for my washes. I was impressed with the level of detail and quality of the service, Desmond did an outstanding job. Now I know why this place never has any business. Do not trust this place with your vehicle. I would give this a zero rating if it was an opinion.
