Wow that wash would have been better with a kindergarten class and sponges. Dirt still covered my truck, and the shami doesn't even run for this wash. Sorry will not be coming back. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would after what happened to my car Saturday, April 1st, 2023. My hood was damaged as you can see in the pictures. I heard some crunching/grinding while my car was going through the car wash, and when I came out and drove around to the dry bay and started drying off my car, I immediately noticed the damage to my hood. One of the guys name Chad insisted that if the damage was done during the wash, my car would've been scratched all up the hood. I told Chad I know for a fact there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR BEFORE I ENTERED THE WASHING BAY. The young man who directed me to drive onto the guide rails, I asked him if he noticed any damage on my hood, and he said there was nothing wrong with my hood as well. I was told to file a claim and unfortunately the manager, Valerie, would not be on site until Monday. Well it's Monday morning, and their hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. but unfortunately when I call the (346)644-6342 number, I keep getting a recording. When someone did finally answer the phone, they gave me an email address supposedly to the manager of the Zips at the New Caney location. One of the guys that work at the location also supposedly gave me an email for Zips Human Resources department, which I'm very doubtful that it's a real contact email. Well as of today, Thursday, April 6th, the site manager Valerie, sent me this b.s. email Good Afternoon, Lillia This is Valarie the Site manager for Zips Car Wash in New Caney. I do apologize for responding late to this claim as I have been sick with the Flu. After reviewing your claim, it appears this damage was made prior to entering our tunnel. It is impossible for our equipment to only hit one spot of your vehicle. Our equipment moves in a single path all the way across the vehicle which would mean the path of scratches would be an almost perfect straight line down the car, starting from the front bumper finishing at the trunk of the vehicle. The buff after the dry hasn't worked in a very long time as well. The bug splatters on the nose of my car don't get cleaned off and I have to manually remove them. Took my "berta" blue vet this morning to have washed and pulled out and there was soap still all over my car. Spoke to one of the co-workers there and he was extremely RUDE!!!!! Unprofessional and discourteous. He kept insisting that he talked to me and I have never talked to him 2 weeks ago. Have a monthly plan for two cars at $60.00 a month. Seems like every time we go there now there are issues with the equipment. Some times it is the brushes, and sometimes it's the vacuums, and now they have quite pre-washing before you get in the tunnel. Today some of the brushes didn't work and the air dryer only got half the truck leaving soap coming down the back glass. Going the cancel my monthly and sign up at a different car wash. read more

I can't give it It has been since December that this incident has occurred and after many times of going back to Zips over and over and asking for general manager he is never at Zips in New Caney so then I call customer service and they tell me the same thing: THAT THEY ARE STILL INVESTIGATING... no one has called me or sent me an email about fixing my truck they have video they know what happened and I'm driving around with my GMC Denali deeply scratched from their machine that rolled my truck off and kept going....I'm still waiting and I'm documenting everything. I took my truck to a body shop near Zips in New Caney and they told me that they have had other customers with the same "incidents" from Zips Car Wash so y'all BEWARE OF ZIPS CAR WASH!! I'll keep everyone posted and see if Zips Car Wash does repair my truck.... read more

Since zips has taken over this car wash, the quality of workers and attention to detail has drastically improved. The last few visits, they don't pre rinse my car, the workers barely check to make sure your car is on right, and immediately go back inside to be on their phone/AirPods. I will take my membership elsewhere. read more

Car wash did not clean vehicle. Many of the vacuums did not work and none of the air compressors. I spoke to the manager and requested a refund. The manager was very rude and unhelpful. She refused to refund my money for the substandard service i received. If half of your equipment doesn't work maybe close till its fixed or at least put up a notice informing customers. Advertising a service and not providing said service is FRAUD. I will not return. read more
