The damage was inspected and confirmed to be impact-related, with the repair estimate coming to approximately $2,800. It appears that something was kicked up, traveled through the small opening in my grille, and caused the damage--without any damage to the bumper itself or the under carriage. Manic debris perhaps... it happed immediately after the wash. I explained the situation to the manager, but she seemed completely unfamiliar with how this type of damage could occur. She denied my claim without providing any meaningful explanation or demonstrating that she had any actual knowledge of the circumstances surrounding the damage. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of communication. The store does not answer the phone, does not respond to emails, and I was never even provided a claim number. Corporate customer service was no better. At this point, I am asking my insurance company to do after them. I expect the company to take responsibility for properly investigating the claim and addressing the damage that occurred. The entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. $2,800 is a significant amount of money, and customers deserve better communication, accountability, and customer service.

I was looking for a place that had self service and automatic because I wanted to get the biggest globs of muck off with the foaming brush and high-pressure spray. Porter Car Wash was perfect for both. The self-service bay worked perfectly. They even took my credit card instead of making me rummage around for quarters. I got the worst of the mud off and made the car looking decent with one swipe of my credit card. Step 2 was to go to the automatic wash and have it get the rest of the residue off and run it through the dryer. I opted for the $10 wash. The owner was hanging out and watched my car go through the cycle. When I was finished he said the wax did not properly dispense on that side and invited me to go to the other bay and he would run me through again on his dime where the wax would work. I really appreciated his wanting my car to be right. I don't know what it is with somebody who gave them a really bad rating but I found the place to be clean, everything in working order and well serviced by staff. In fact the owner was the one who helped me. I will happily return. Her truck looks great!

My 2013 VW Beetle Convertible had what looked like a serious window leak during a massive rainstorm and on top of that my brake light was out. The dealership couldn't even see me until Thursday! (Today is Monday). Grayson got me in today. He and his master mechanic Tommy personally took a hose to my car to diagnose the leak with no runaround. As it turns out, it wasn't the catastrophic leak I feared. At the same time, Tommy replaced my brake light quickly and efficiently. And, Grayson took great care of me- without a doubt amazing and straight up outstanding customer service. All my problems are resolved. Whew!!!! These guys are honest, knowledgeable, and they actually care. And to top it off, Grayson even identified the likely cause of my heat issue that the dealership wanted to fix the expensive way. Other than that they totally failed. The day the car was towed in I met with a service tec who told me they would start tearing down the truck the next day to do an estimate. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing I called. I was told my service tech no longer worked there. I told the lady on the phone, "that's your problem not mine." So then I got a new service tech who repeatedly mislead me, missed deadlines, never retuned calls. What's more, I told him I had an aftermarket grill panel and was told that State Farm would only pay for Ford stock items. So I told him, I had the original chrome Ford grill out in my garage and they could use that one and I dropped it off. He asked if they should compare my old grill to the one they were ordering from a used parts house and I said NO. When I came to finally pick up my truck they had used the new used grill anyway. The cost was only $288, and since I had waited 6 weeks for my truck I just decided to take it anyway. Then a few days later I get a final estimate from State Farm and that $288 grill now cost $950!!!!!! Are you kidding me? It's plastic and I plan to remove it anyway and replace with the aftermarket grill. So State Farm is the one being ripped off. Maybe I should just let it go but it galls me that they would rip everyone off at the last minute. My final bill went up $2000! That is just criminal. I have no idea if a guy named Kenneth still owns the place but if he does, he must own a mansion and have membership at Kingwood Country Club with all the scammed money he has made. 1 star is the lowest and that is what Kenneth's gets. Caveat Emptor, Buyer Beware!
