They looked hot as it was blazing outside and although they had a shelter to give them shade, it has a metal roof. They were making the best of it. 1 guy had a vulgar mouth and the tall guy didn't talk, he just looked like he wanted to go home. I was on a mission until I walked into the showroom. I swear I heard an angel singing when I noticed what I was walking into. I paid. Said, thank you and walked around till I felt guilty for how long I was talking. Owned for less than four years, but it has had numerous issues, often arising in the middle of a cook. This one is sheltered and used medium to lightly and I've had to replace several hot rods, had pellet fires in the BBQ because of malfunctions and now the fan doesn't work despite replacing the fan. Traeger rubs and sauces are mediocre compared to store bought, homemade, or other product. I'm afraid Traeger's good days are gone apparently due to some business decisions. Luckily there are other pellet grills and smoker out there, hopefully better quality and more reliable.

He discovered that our gas meter wasn't sized correctly for both the home and the pool. Because of his recommendation, NW Natural came out (for free) and replaced the meter (also free). Found an amazing deal at Classic but that has been the only amazing part of this. After finally getting the pad put down and electric run to the tub we were set to fill it and enjoy. Nope Fire it up, test water, adjust the chemistry only to have it shut off and throw error codes. Fine, call and get service out to see what's up. Gent who came out was super knowledgeable and thorough in going through everything to be sure what was wrong. This is where I am now stuck and angry. The main pump is seized from rust. Rust from where? Sitting in the showroom for 2 yrs. That would not be a big deal IF I was not now being asked to buy the new pump for $670.00. Why? It's not under warranty after 2 yrs. From the get go we were lied to. Told we were getting a discount because my partner is a Vet. Wrong, it was to move an old floor model. We were told it had a custom top. Another lie, the top we were given is two+ inches too big all the way around. I was told by service that someone was supposed to show us how to do chemistry for it, never happened or spoken about. Now I am sitting here with a tub that does not work, expected to pay for a new pump or have a useless hot tub. I don't care about buying a floor model. If they would have said it was a 2+yr old floor model I would have said test it first or deeper discount. What really makes it all worse is the lies. It's a crap business conduct, it results in customers that go elsewhere not 'customers for life' like their site says. I will update if/when I get resolution. UPDATE: pump is ordered on the shops dime. Just waiting for it to show up. Cover supposedly has been ordered to replace the one that is way too big. Still not a hot tub yet but working that way. Bought one of their most expensive gas fireplaces from Travis Industries. The unit was not…read moreproperly vented when it was installed and Lisac's and Travis both refuse to come out and fix it. Tried to use it one time, just for ambiance but after about 45 minutes my carbon monoxide detectors went off and the fire department had to come out and vent out my house in the middle of winter. I was told by the fire department TVF&R not to use this again until it is properly vented, I called Travis and they told me I need to burn the fireplace for at least an hour to break it in, I told him (think his name was Mark) that it gives off carbon monoxide and he told me I needed to open a window. Of course you probably won't survive! Prior to that incident, Lisac sent out three different techs to fix the unit. Each worked for a couple of hours moving things around and opening and closing vents but never got the unit to do what it supposed to do. This unit is advertised as heating 3,000 square feet, but mine you'd have to lean against the glass to even know it was on. Spoke with Scott at Lisac and he had no interest in getting my fireplace to work, acted like it wasn't their fault or concern. So, here I am with a beautiful and very expensive fireplace that is not good for much of anything. Thank you Lisac's and Travis Industries. Stay clear of both of these companies, there are plenty of other really good fireplace shops and fireplace manufacturers, you don't have to settle ones that just don't care.
