Wow...disappointed in myself. 20/20 I should have read the…read morereviews. Contrary to the fact that I used Maaco decades ago. The one name keeps coming up, Donna! I am a woman of faith and she literally attacked mine. Aggressive does not describe her behavior, it was more threatening. I am a nurse and she struck me as bipolar behavior. Franchise or not, you cannot have a safe and professional business. The customers feel unsafe with her combative and racist displays. Her husband is there but seems to ride in the sidecar. Details really not pertinent here, especially if this Stockbridge location continues to exist. That woman was so rude and tried to refrain telling her...she dared me and said " Go ahead and say it!" Now Chloe was there and kept quiet and poor one just needed her job. So, I don't know if Donna felt the need to prove authority. She kept saying " Don't talk to me that way! " I just paid you well over $2k. I even asked cost information to correct. She told me to leave. Her husband was there ( remember sidecar syndrome). Never again! Years down the road, if that I will read about the falter of that place. Franchise, should matter. They represent the Maaco name and brand. That is what the customer associates. Unfortunate, Donna is dangerous for the brand! Warning: DO NOT VISIT BECAUSE OF THE OWNERS!

Even though they could have given me only the most expensive option (close to $900), Tyler was realistic about how old my car is and how much mileage it has. I ended up paying less than $400. Even having chosen the cheapest option, my car still came out looking better than before the accident! They did a terrific job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Misrepresented Damage at Elite Collision…read more I dropped my car at Elite Collision for a bumper repair, and it was in the shop for two weeks. After picking up my vehicle, I noticed the driver-side window would not go down, which had been working properly before drop-off. I immediately called Elite Collision, and they asked me to return so the technician could inspect it. I also mentioned to the tech that the driver-side mirror setting had been adjusted as well. When I returned, they checked the vehicle and, in less than 10 minutes, claimed the issue could be due to wear and tear and that the motor was gone. One staff member said he would notify my insurance company, but that it may/may not be covered, and offered to provide a repair quote. I informed them again that the window was fully functional when I dropped the car off. I also contacted my insurance company. When the adjuster visited the shop, he was told my vehicle had arrived with the driver-side window not working, which is completely false. Tip: Always do a thorough walk-through, take photos/videos, and record your mileage before leaving your vehicle.
