I purchased 4 new tires and a starter from this business. The price for both was affordable. I picked the vehicle up and it was driving really good. The tires felt balanced and aligned. The starter was not compatible with my vehicle which resulted in a breakdown and a tow the same day I picked it up. I took it back. They claimed that some starter have the wrong wire? There's a language barrier so this is that I believe they were trying to tell me. They replaced the starter with the correct one because of the 3 month warranty. I drove the car back to my job but noticed that the tire pressure alert was now on and one of the tire sensors was no longer working. The tire also started vibrating when braking. I took the vehicle back for them to check the left front tire. They refuse to check the tire and stated that only one three of my sensors was working when I purchased the tires. This was not the case. Had it been the case, my vehicle would have alerted me of the issue with the one tire. I'm now at a tire shop and what do you know, the sensor is broken. Beto's broke my sensor when replacing the starter for a second time. I do not recommend this auto repair shop. The tire shop showed me the sensor that was on my vehicle. Beto's broke my sensor and gave me one that is not for my vehicle. That's why my wheel performance changed. It's imperative that you provide quality work and that you're honest. Please do not take your car here, the old management were great but these new guys are scammers. I took my car here and they did a tune up and not even a full one, after that my car starts cutting off and my ac stopped working. They pulled my fuses to my car computer when I brought it back. It shorted out my computer and basically fried it. He then said my ac compressor was rusted out to get more money but how does aluminum rust lol I spent a total of 1500 with all the repairs I had done and he kept bringing up more problems. I dropped my car off on a Thursday morning around 10 and was told my part for my car would have to be ordered and they would receive it after 12 well I called after 12 to get a update and was given no info on the part because they didn't call to get any info , the lady who says she's the manager gave me several different stories on where my part is located . Scammers! Do not go here. They tried to charge me $3,600 for a tune up. I went down the street to Precision Auto Tune and they only charged me $229. They also misdiagnosed my car. Turns out one of my cat convertors went out. They tried to charge $150 just for a diagnostic by adding in services I did not ask for. Took my vehicle here for a simple catalytic converter replacement and literally barely made it home after they "repaired" it! Prior to going here my car drove smooth and great! After leaving my car now has to be towed to the dealership for diagnostics. I am so heartbroken that these people did not even attempt to acknowledge or help with these issues they caused! I now have SEVERAL lights on on my dash and these people are refusing to acknowledge they did something wrong! Well I'll be taking this to court and I pray these people are NEVER able to do this to anyone else! This is wrong on so many levels! If I could give less stars than 1 I would have. Not the REAL EPERT AUTO CARE. I took my care in to be repaired in April 2018, I should have left when I got Irma tried to run game on the price for starters then I asked for Raul she told me he's no longer here but since I knew the REAL XPERT AUTO CARE had really good and honest mechanic I was willing to still allow the to do the repair work. We had a fuel pump replaced $530 I explained to Irma GM vehicles of the year make and model as mine would require AC Delco she said this other brand is comparable to it and that it was hard to get it right away. Well here is is January 2019 the same problem then Irma has the nerve to say we can replace it for $220. In 2009 I had used AC Delco pump put on that lasted for 9+ years not 9 months. DO NOT GET YOUR TIRES HERE!!! Placed two different types of tires on my car, mechanic said as long as both were the same size it would be okay. 12 days later the threads were coming out of one of the tires that they sold me. I was told that the tires were returnable however when i attempted to return the tire that was visibly shredded after 12 days they pointed to a sign that stated that returns had to be done within 10days. On September 6, 2016, I picked up my car after a repair at this shop and the very next day my car was undrivable. Raul the manager initial diagnosis on my car was that it needed a Throttle Body Unit. He claimed that after installing two Thottle Body units that they were both defective which led him to ask me if he could keep my car over the Labor Day weekend which I agreed to. The day that I picked up my car, he had the nerve to tell me that I may see the same problem again. That comment made me suspicious of the repair that he supposedly had just completed. During the conversation the next day on September 7, 2016 I notified Raul that the car would not drive, he immediately recommended another repair. My question to him was, why would I trust you to repair something else when the repair that I just paid for is not fixed? I continued to contact Raul over five times and he would not accept or return my calls. To date, I have been stranded without my car for the last 3 weeks. BEWARE OF REPAIRS done here because they will take your money, misdiagnose the repair, recommend another repair, leave you stranded, and not return your calls. If I could give them zero stars I would! The owner Raul knows that his technician broke a sensor on my BMW X5 and he had the nerve to try to charge me to replace it saying it was broken already. I paid $1100 to have an oil leak fixed and my suspension fixed. My truck is still leaking oil and my suspension is not fixed and on top of that I have a broken sensor! After the $1100 bill I walked out with more problems then I brought my truck in with! Rauls mechanic said that he tried to glue the sensor back together ...why in the world would you try to glue the sensor back together if you did not break it?????? Trust me it's not worth trying to save a few bucks...stay away from this car repair shop!!!! When I brought my truck into the BMW dealer to get repaired afterwards the first thing the mechanic said when looking at the report given by Raul was, you know he broke your sensor when he fixed your oil leak right!
