High quality, quick, reliable, fair, and honest!…read more I own a Smart car and so it can be difficult finding a shop that actually knows how to work and Smart cars and won't charge you an arm and a leg for it. But the other day, my Smart car wouldn't start. I tried jumping it, and it still wouldn't start. So I thought maybe it was the starter or the alternator. My Smart car was now a dumb car. So I called around to see if anyone close by could work on Smart cars. I spoke with the owner, Mark, first and not only did he say that they could fix whatever issue it was, but he also told me to check with my insurance company to see if they would cover the cost of the tow. (And they did, so bonus points for the free tow!) But anyway, I had it towed, and I told them that I thought it might be the starter. They got back to me within a few hours and let me know that it was only the battery. They sent me a quote via email and it was a lot less than I was expecting. I even compared the battery price to the price of batteries at a few "local" parts stores. And the cost of the battery itself was way less than what any part store would have charged me. They had the work done within a few hours and I was able to get it back quickly. I can't recommend the team at All Auto Repair more highly. They are great people and great to work with. My car is Smart once again.

They checked everything out. It was the Alternator! and a few belts. Plus the brakes were needing to be replaced. It was worth every penny to have my car back and running. I have used YM in the past for oil changes and such. Never had an issue. I signed into my account…read moreonly to find they merged with another company. All my service records were gone and they said they could not recover because to the new system! Maybe they should have thought of that before transfering all the customer records into a new system. Anyway, I decided to book and oil change only to find the price since the merger was much more. I thought I might have entered something incorrect and tried again. I got another price quote $20 dollars less?? I finally called and was verbally given a 3rd quote higher than the first! The agent couldn't explain what was going on. Crazy. Won't be doing business with them anymore.
