Then the "manager" or whatever he is came out and said we'd have to go online and fill out a whole thing about an incident. We got to them just before they'd started. So we left. Went down the street to jiffy lube. Went well. All they had to do is give us a discount. Throw us a bone. Certainly he has THAT little bit of authority. Everyone fouls up. It's how you react that matters. I will NEVER go back. I almost never write yelps. Run away from this place! And, I'd wager, from ANY Valvoline.

I try to go first thing in the morning so there is never a wait for my car to get worked on. The waiting room is clean and comfortable enough to wait for a while, while my car was getting it's oil changed. I feel that the service providers are all friendly and polite. I appreciate that they let me know if my car needs other services such as new wind shield wipers, fluids, filters, etc. But I never feel pressured to purchase these items from them (though I usually end up doing that so it gets done). And the cherry on top of my service visit is that they vacuum out my car which always makes it feel 10x cleaner when I get back in.
