I've consistently attended camp before they closed off the near parking garage for students; before the practice bubble; before the covered VIP bleachers; waaaay before Stephen Ross; toward the end of the Don Shula era On my most recent visit, I felt inclined to express how different the experience has become. Long gone are the days of a welcoming training camp; when I used to park right next to the practice fields. This event used to be open admission. Granted, we don't have to pay for tickets, but it's more of a hassle now. The practice bubble. Oh God, the practice bubble. A light sun shower started to come down & the team went inside for a "5min cooling break." A cooling break?! Give me a break! I get that the NFLPA is much more active nowadays & may perhaps have something to do with it. But damn. The pansification of football extends to the training camp experience. Two-a-day practices used to be open to the public. The media is now covering from the stands. Blocking spectators from their views. What the hell is that about?! They used to be confined to the one maybe two towers on field. Where are these fools coming from? Ugh. Despite all this, I will still come out & support my team when I can. But damn. I can't really say the changes have been for the better when it comes to the training camp experience.

Finally saw Kevin Hart in concert at the Hard Rock Live arena. The show was funny and had three opening comics. Before the show I had a loaded hot dog and french fries at Lucille's at the food court. Then had a cocktail at the Center Bar which was a heavy pour by the bartender which I approved of course. After the Kevin Hart concert I played roulette for an hour and only lost ten dollars. Traffic was really bad getting out of the parking garage and recommend using some type of ride share if possible.

The drink prices here are pretty high, with a single of most mixed drinks starting at $18-$19 and going upwards from there if you want a double. Drinks are measured out so you do get exactly a single pour. I love that the bathrooms are always clean and there are a multitude of stalls so I have never had to wait a long time in line to use them when i go in between artists getting ready to perform.

We had our tickets & upon arrival we came to find out we got upgraded, niceee we had the 300 section & were brought to the 100 section sweet for us! it is not a huge theater so seat wise u can get a nice view of the stage at any level but of course being upgraded was a great surprised for us. Drinks , Seltzer & gin & ginger ale were not bad. The show was a lot of fun, great energy. Nice looking property we saw as much as we could but were limited since we couldn't make it outside for the light show because it was the holidays it was a holiday show & u needed tickets & the time frame we had just couldn't make it, as it would interfere with the concert. Overall nice place, we enjoyed our time & hopefully one day we will be back to be able to fully explore.

Most of, if not all, my professors were from FAU, NOVA & University of Miami. In fact, my MGF1106 class was the exact same that the professor taught to his class at FIU. I paid $117 per credit hour though. What a steal. All my credits transferred to FAU and I currently have a 3.8 GPA at Florida Atlantic University. Getting my AA at Broward really prepared me for the 3000/4000 level classes at university. Pro tips: meet with your advisor often and do not be above using "word count memes" for real! 3000 word minimum? Change that "also" to "in addition to." Change "This suggests" to "Therefore elucidating the impression that." Sprinkle that in like Salt Bea! Huge thanks to the math lab for helping me get a B+ in STA2023. Gracias Marta for tutoring me in Spanish! Getting an A+ in a 4 credit hour class meant so much to me! "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear." Senior year at FAU this fall, here I come!

Because the amount of back & forth I experienced before hand is ridiculous. Acting like my transcript has germs on it and making me send it over & over again because "I have a class in progress" which simply means I just needed to pay for it and acting like their so incompetent to understanding made me even more mad. A whole year has passed and I got accepted at 3 other Florida colleges. They evaluated my transcripts, did my aid package, and set me up for orientation to understand the platforms to do my work. Y'all need to do better because this college is backwards!! Please report them to the BBB (Better business bureau) and flor department of education.
