This dealership is extremely terrible. If you are trying to buy from this dealership, I seriously suggest you look for other dealerships. Here is my story, I was looking for CBR650R back in April 21, and trying to schedule for a test ride. As this is the only place showing it has inventory from cycletrader website. I called in and the guy said someone called Chris will get back to you in 30 minutes. I said okay. 4 hours passed, I called again, asking the same thing trying to schedule for test drive for CBR650R. He said he will get on with Chris again and make sure he will call me. Indeed, I got a message back, "what model are you looking for?". That's all the conversation we had on that day. However, the other representative scheduled me for a test ride on 23rd April. On the day, I went to the dealership, and I met Chris. Chris told me there is no CBR650R, the guy scheduled my test drive wasn't there in the office but a remote agent. So I decided to test drive the CB650R. 10 minutes later, I told Chris, if you can find me an inventory or shipment, I can put my deposit down or instant purchase. Chris said there is one will be shipped out May 18th from the manufacture, once he got a VIN number, he will call me and I can put my deposit to get a hold of it, and I should get a call on 4/30. On the day of 4/30, apparently, no calls, no message, nothing. I called the dealership 3 times looking for Chris, he wasn't there. Eventually, I believe it was like 4pm or something, he picked up the call and sounds like he was driving. He said once he gets into the office, he will get back to me with the deposit info. Guess what, nope. I called into the dealership numerous of times, different people assisted me with it, however, they all ended up saying, "give me like 30 minutes, and gets all the quotes available for you and call you back". It's reasonable but it just happened to me so many times they do not call me back. I am just so curious why. Is it because I am Asian especially a Chinese? Why they never call me back or don't want to do business with me? The worst experience I had was on 5/2, there is a guy put me on hold for 1 hour and 13 minutes, until the line automatically disconnected. It was Ray right? I called back in again, guess who answered the call this time. It was our old friend Chris. He mentioned the CFO wants the motorcycle, and that's why no one returning my calls. If you call Rick Case Honda Powersports, you will hear a lovely lady saying "we will try our best to get your business with us" ish sentence, and also expressing "we treat you as our friend". What a sarcasm it is. I spend like 2 weeks trying so hard to follow up the inventory process and the shipment, and this is what I got eventually. A company CFO wants it, bye bye. I returned 3 years after writing the review below to trade in my ATV for a motorcycle. I showed up having done my research, and Justin (the British guy) made the process super easy, and showed me all the numbers on the computer screen to prove I was getting the best deal possible. I think the service was good, and the staff is knowledgable. The reason I give them 4 instead of 5 stars is because most things do not have prices displayed, and I always find that a bit shady. Then the salesman would say "you could get X instead of Y for only $200 more and it's totally worth it" but they never told me the base price of X. My suggestion is that you research prices before going, but other than that, no complaints at all. They have plenty of inventory on site so you can leave with your new toy on that same day, and financing is quick and on the spot. read more

I really want to rate this place higher because I've met some of the best customer service people who are willing to go the extra mile...so they say. We leased our car and eventually bought our Honda from them. But, my last experience there left a bad taste. I explained to Julio of Express Service, how the service dept, did not fix an issue with my front water window spray. The right one is either clogged or on its way to broken. His first comment to me was the motor might be going but it is not clogged. I ended up bringing the car in the next day sitting for another plus hour. Then he comes back and says that my model created the poor right flow front sprayer. Really????? I checked all of google for a recall notice or for a design notice on this and could not find anything. I realized that they just did not want to replace it or fix it. A lot of BS. I want the South Florida World to know of this, I never did. I was in the mountains last week for my yearly visit to watch leaves change and fall as we ride thru them . I bought my first bike from Rick Case Powerhouse years ago and another Goldwing in October of 2003 . I just got a new one last year and never really cleaned it well, I just rode it as much as possible. When I got back I took it there and Scott the parts manager told me if I had them detail my bike , it would look like the day I got it.. without much of a push , I had them do it along with new tires and brakes. While looking for a new car a few months back at Rick Case Honda Automotive I had great experiences- the customer service is beyond great. Very respectful and professional sales people. On the Honda Powerhouse side of things the customer service is non-existent and downright hostile. I complained to to the Service Department Director about the condition of my generator after taking it in for a recall for a fuel switch. They denied causing the damages and became indignant, argumentative and aggressive. I showed them the photographs of my generator that I took prior to bringing it there in the event I had to leave it there. Despite photographs, they still denied causing the damages. I was surrounded by their employees and each of them added their two cents. Ultimately they cleaned the oil gas, debris and attempted to polish out the scratches from the plastic and decals of my brand new generator (all of which they caused). If you don't want your new $1000.00 generator rolled across a rusty workbench and then get into an extended argument with their staff after complaining about it, I highly recommend you avoid this Honda Powerhouse dealership. Misleading and misguiding !!!! Misled and misguide on Credit Finance I was miss guided and lied to , once at the the rick case Honda powerhouse y was offered a credit card to finance a generator @ 0% interest for 1 year , and promised that if the balance was not paid in 1 year the interest would be 5 % after and for the remainder of the balance. I told the store sales manager Brandon , that i did not want to use a credit card , but was interested in Honda finance at a fixed rate. he insisted i used the credit card due to a much lower rate. My application was submitted and credit approved. when the paperwork was given to me it showed a 30% interest rate if not paid in 12 months. Brandon is lying to customers and misguiding them. I did not pay with that credit card, refused it and used another card , but my credit was compromised for no reason. I think this gentlemen is abusing his knowledge to fast talk customers into a bad deal, and lying to get customers approved. When I confronted the cashier, she tried to get the manager to talk to me , and he refused to come speak with me , and even when i was leaving the store , he turned his head the other way. Called to find out how much it was to change out and balance my new Goldwing GL1500 tires and was told $65 for the front and $65 for the back. I show up with my wife who brought me the tires in an SUV. (I was driving the Goldwing of course). The service attendant tells me that the front tire is $65, but the rear will cost me $208. I told him that I had called just the day before and that I was very specific about the motorcycle I was bringing. At that point I stopped arguing. I could have asked to speak to a manager, but I already felt that I didn't trust the establishment. Later in the day I decide to take the wife out to lunch and as I am driving to the restaurant I call to find out the price and sure enough they quote me $65 per tire on a GL1500 Goldwing. My name is Nelson Acevedo. I own a 2009 Honda Gold Wing back on April 23 I call the service dept. spoke with Carlos Hernandez I ask if I need it to make an appointment to have two tires install ? he said just bring it in he take care of it. ok I did I also ask him to do a complete inspection only because I driving to California . So this is what was done, yes the tires ware change, but I inspected the work that was done I found that bold from the fender ware missing I call Carlos show him he said that they ware never there he argue with for a good 10 minutes telling me the same I stood my ground and he when and got the mechanic to install them, I drove home when I was going to clean my bike I notice the tire was install backward there is an arrow that shows the way it has be install , by this time I wanted to check everything that was done to it, I check the lug nuts they ware loose and the air pressure was off 20lbs in the rear and 24lbs in the front I hat to ad air to them by now I know that no safety inspection was done. So I call Carlos and told him what I found he ask me to brink it in he will take care of it, I was hesitant to take the bike back but I wasn't going to take it any ware else and get charge again. it just doesn't make any sense that the so call mechanic has forgot to check all of this things , spoke with the ladies in the cashier dept. and started venting when the manager crap me by my arm and shoulder and pull me away from counter I ask him to take his hands off he did realize he made a mistake. Drove home I receive a call from Carlos he try to tell me that he only charge me for one tire installment because of the misunderstanding I call him a liar because the paper work for what it was been done was printed before all this happen. I also told that this is not quality work front a respected Owner like Rick case . the wrong person is working for this Company. I was very open when I spoke with Carlos and told him what I need it done. I just don't want anyone to get hurt , can you imagine if something with it happen on my way to California my tire could got lose and foul off. when you take your Motorcycle to a shop you are trusting the person that is going to work on it , I'm putting my life in his hands. 1- Mount front tire the wrong way 2- Left the lug nuts lose on the rear tire 3- 2 bolt ware not install on front fender 4- No safety inspection was done 5- Big argument with service writher 6- I was pull away by my arm from the cashier desk counter 7- Only 20lbs and 24 in the rear tires of air I just hope that this gets corrected. read more

This was about to be a 1 star review . Called in ahead of time to ask if I could come in last minute because I got off work at 5:30 and they said to go ahead and bring in the motorcycle . When I came in they told me that they couldn't do it.. Sr the old fat mechanic in the back right laughed at me and belittled me for coming in last minute. I would understand that reaction if I didn't call in and just showed up but I called in before hand .Right when I was about to leave the young mechanic first bench in the front of the shop offered to stay after and do the work. I thanked him because the tire in the front was down to the wires. He went the extra mile and went over my bike and fixed a couple things I needed done even though I came last min. This review is actually for a particular employee vs. the entire company. I pre-purchased my generators on Monday and went there to pick them up today. Since I had prepaid, they told me to go to the warehouse in the back to pick up my purchase. Unfortunately, you have to wait in line outside of the building when you pick up from the back, so it was very hot. The place was insane - line out the door, employees scrambling to assemble the larger units. One particular employee, Carlos Gamorra (sp) was phenomenal and he was hustling like I've never seen anyone hustle before. He was driving the forklift, unloading boxes and fulfilling orders all at once. After 40 minutes of waiting, I finally got to the front of the line, only to find that they were out of my unit, but they were expecting another truck in 30 minutes. They told me I could not wait in the warehouse and had to go wait in the showroom until my item was delivered and unpacked, which would be about another hour. The showroom was packed and I really didn't want to fight the crowd in there to have to come back and wait in line again. Carlos saw me heading to the back and he walked me over to another employee and insisted that I remain at the front of the line from the showroom to the warehouse and receive one of the next batch of my generators when they came in. When my generator came in, the rest of the employees were scrambling trying to determine who was supposed to get what, but Carlos saw me and remembered that I needed that particular item and made sure that I got it. He even personally took a generator to a lady who had been waiting with me and who had gone to wait in her car because her baby had gone to sleep. In all of that confusion, Carlos was razor-focused on taking care of his customers and making sure everyone was attended to in a timely manner. I hope the owners of Rick Case are reading this because you really have an amazing employee in Carlos. FYI to Julia D - they are not price gouging. Please do your research before you post inflammatory reviews like this. These generators are not like regular generators, they are inverters and require less gas, and are much quieter than typical generators. The price I paid is only slightly more than what I paid 12 years ago for the same make and model, but from a different company. read more

My family and I visited Rick Case Honda Powerhouse in preparation for Hurricane Irma. We heard on the news that they had something like 2,000 generators coming in and were opening their doors at 9am. We arrived around 6:30 because we wanted to be sure that we got one. We waited outside as the line grew and employees started arriving by 7:45. Even though they knew they wouldn't be ready to start selling for another hour, they opened their doors at 8:00 to let us wait in the air conditioning. That was so generous of them in a time of desperation such as this. Once inside, they were incredibly organized. Ryan Case (I believe that was his name) was in charge and updating the crowd every step of the way. They began escorting us one-by-one up to a counter to pick out the generator we wanted, then to another counter for payment, then to the back of the warehouse where they loaded the generator into our car for us. There was no chaos, no madness, just calm people helping others. It might seem like they were simply "doing their job" but it's hard to convey in this review how great of an experience it was. They literally had no idea how to use the computer to look up their inventory and said the back warehouse was locked and they did not have a key to go physically look for inventory. This is a terrible place to do business with. Was interested in a used bike, contacted the salesperson and made an offer. He came down with the asking price but not the price I had asked for. This needed manager's approval. I tried to contact Brandon (the "general manager") for four days in a row. Left messages with Justin (twice) and the salesperson (Erick). Never got a call back. When I finally reached Brandon on day 4, he told me: well the bike has just been sold. This is the worst case of lack of communication with a customer I have ever encountered. My advice? Service and attention to detail is non existent. I brought my generator in to have it checked out. I was having issues with it starting and it previously was blowing black smoke. They called me back and said the engine had low compression and the engine is no good ($109-assessment fee). As many of you know, these Honda generators are not cheap and a decent investment. After deliberation, I made the decision to come pick it up and forego their team ripping it apart and rebuilding the engine, which was explained to me could potential be in $1000+ range. Fast forward a few days later, I took it to another local repair shop. They had it running in 20 minutes. I'm a little concerned that an organization like Honda is creating a perception of fear like this, essentially pushing their customers to buy new product. In the mist of hurricane Irma I saw an advertising in the news that Rick Case powerhouse had generators in stock. Was there on Saturday at 7AM and there was a line of 50 people waiting to get theirs. We got inside the store at 8AM and then had to do another line because there was only one register open. Waited on line and found out that there was only 2 models of generator available 2000 or 7000 series. Ask every one of the employees if I could take 2 of the 2000 series since I will be better off that paying 4500 for the 7000 series. They told me no problem. Also told them to give me a 7000 series if it was not possible. They all agree. By the time I got to the front of the line they ask me if I had a card for the 7000 that they where giving away. The person in front of me did not have one. The person behind me had one. I started to panic because i have small kids in the house and need to powe at least one small ac unit to keep them cool at night and the 2000 was going to be barely enough to do this. Need also milk and perishables cool so need one for the fridge. They shafle me arround from 3 people in the floor pointing fingers on why they did not give me the card. Finally a mamager came through and said give him only 1 either 2000 or 7000. I was pushed to make the choice and cough up almoust 5000 dollars after taxes. Look it up online in Amazon web site it was only 3999.99 same model same specs. Ask if they price match and the counter person stated "not today buddy". On top of that they stamp my invoice in several places stating no refund special order. This is how this people took advantage of the crisis to make money and through out the window all form of humanity for the love of the business.
