Mind you, they said they've been working on the system update since Friday so a courtesy call on Friday would've been good. This is not the practice of Dr. Rachel Nguyen (pronounced Win, in case you're like me and didn't know) and her staff. Dr. Nguyen and her staff are forthright and personable, rather than patronizing or intimidating. Dr. Nguyen assesses the condition of your teeth and tells you about the options (and costs) available to repair or enhance them. All that would mean nothing if the work was not good. Pain management is always handled well and I have not needed a repeat visit for any of the work Dr. Nguyen has done for me. I recommend Rosewood Dental to my friends. I can't see a reason to go anywhere else.
