They definitely know their stuff and are honest, courteous, and efficient. I waited for a short time and while waiting, was able to watch Netflix. Super cool! I tried Herman in Hayward the other time that I broke the screen and he is highly recommended as well. However, it'll cost you and he has less conventional hours. iCracked was a crock. Their website is entirely misleading as it quoted me $89. Then I got an automated text that said $89 plus tax. THEN I got a text from the actual tech that was supposed to come and repair it that it would now cost $129. He also wanted to offer me a gold home button for another $30, but here's the thing: there's nothing wrong with my button, it's just the screen so whatever. Totally shady. Thank goodness for the recommendation! Do whatever you need to and come to Bay IC Repair and it'll be a nice and professional experience.

Filled with precious photos and videos all not backed up. No problems - just a companion that sat there and snoozed away and one had the feeling all was well in the world with her there. I tried to replace her with Rinks and Sweets - but that was a no go. Rinks - Ms Independent and Sweets - well, that was like no company at all. Enter Mr Moose - I invited pure chaos into my home. I'm so glad I have this business so near to my home. They let me know that it was a 50:50 chance that the iPad could be repaired but would give me a complete refund if it didn't work. The few places around Hayward that actually did pick up my call quoted me more to fix a crack screen for an iPhone XS Max so after price comparing, I went to the kiosk inside Southland Mall. It's very easy to find, right next to the T-Mobile Store. My phone was fixed in about 40 minutes while I shop around the mall. I also bought my daughter's Ipad to fix. Quick, simple, and the best prices compared elsewhere. Plus, dropping your device off while you do some shopping is just so convenient. My 3rd time going there was when I had water damage in my phone and he was able to save it! Also gave me tips on prevention and what to do the next time I left my phone in water overnight! Computer was working fine before but after visiting Ben where he drenched my AM4 socket with thermal padte upon starting my computer i hearda loud electrical noise with smoke coming out of my motherboard killing both my 350$ ryzen 7 3800x cpu along with my x570-p motherboard. Ben was able to replace the screen the same day and even include a screen shield! My phone looked brand new :D. Unfortunately, as soon as I got in my car I realized that my rear camera was not working...it was working prior to the screen replacement. I immediately brought the phone back and was told that I'd have the option of replacing the camera part. Given the situation I figured I'd be better off taking my business somewhere else. The service here is great, but after this experience I would rather go to another shop if the quality is going to be hit or miss.
