Andre is exceptional in his work and puts extra effort to accommodate your requests. I had a MantelMount ready to be installed with my TV. Andre advised me that it might not be the right solution because it might not fit my fireplace, but he tried to install it anyway just to show me. I definitely feel bad wasting that portion of his time, so in general, you should just listen to him! He knows what he is doing. We went with a regular tilted mount instead which was good for our living room. He basically saved me a lot of money since pull-down mounts are overkill usually and too expensive for the functionality. He also did a very good job hiding the holes in the wall, sanding it, down and repainting it. It was amazing how he cleaned up after his work and put all the misc pieces and trash back into the boxes neatly.
