I cannot express how great Rick's is----so easy to work with, and such good people! This is long, but I have lots of nice stuff to say! I texted pictures of my broken blinds (four of them) on a Thursday and got a reply Friday--we almost had an appointment that SAME DAY but couldn't work it out. Parker and Jeremy were at my house on Monday morning, fixed one blind, took one for repair, said they'd have the parts for the other two when they returned the one they had to take. They let me know two days later that my blind was repaired AND it was a smaller job than expected. How awesome is that? they could have done the original job (or not!) and charged me the higher price, but they didn't. A couple of unforeseen circumstances made me push back the re-install by a couple of weeks, but when they came back, it was just as good as when they came the first time. Parker and Jeremy are awesome, and they had Felicia with them too--the three of them got my one blind back up and the other two repaired in no time!
