I had a schwintek slide system that pulled all the way in on its own. probably a short somewhere. Getting to the slide motors while closed is almost impossible. Kory managed to get one out by prying on the slide a bit then removing the faulty motor from the outside. The burned up motor on the left required cutting a very small opening in the trim, then lifting out the motor from the outside. Using one of the bad motors, he crafted a tool and using a battery pack from a drill was able to manually extend the slide enough to make a full repair. ended up replacing the 2 bad motors and controller with clones from Amazon and ended with a fully functioning slide system in 2-3 days. All I needed was to get the slide out. Kory managed to completely repair everything to good as new. He never gave up, came back as soon as the parts arrived and finished the job up. My wife and I feel blessed to have found him before any of the shoddy techs that we know are out there. I will always call him first for any 5th wheel issue I have. Chris Williams asked me some questions and the results were not responding. He stated he was finishing up f another customer and would be in route shortly. Upon his arrival he checked numerous points and took the time to point out other issues to keep an eye on in the future. He then proceeded to my RV command panel and performed manual override. This resulted in levelers to retract. He suggested not to use the automatic leveling system until I took the RV to my RV dealership. I completed my trip back home to Tennessee. Afterwards I texted Chris if he could send me steps for manual leveling if I happened to have future issues. He replied quickly and I was impressed. I told him to only to do the washing, waxing and detailing. When I picked it up the wash job was good,but the wax job was bad and they had not detailed the outside at all. The windows were all streaked and the wheels dirty. When I brought this up to them Rick told me detailing was not Included. The written estimate in his handwriting does include detailing. In my opinion Rick is not honest and should not be taken at his word. A terrible experience. Total price was above estimate.

A hack! First visit cost all new batteries. 2nd visit it now was the BCC board and was told 2-3…read moreweeks. Nearly 3 months later it was finally installed. But now the inverter was bad, figured out on the day the BCC board was installed.. not cheap! Upon installation the couldn't get anything running house or coach I figured out they had a loose terminal on coach and another service found a bad relay and incorrect connection of house batteries.
