Ozzie is the real deal! I called in the morning and he was able to provide same day service His quote was cheaper than four other places I've already called and his work is pristine. I've gotten the same window repaired at another highly rated place nearby with over 1.5k five star reviews, but they left two new dents on the metal & nicks on the plastic on my window area. I had a windshield replaced on my Ford Focus in the morning and then in the evening I drove up to the Bay Area (in intense wind and fog through the Grapevine -- not expected and probably not recommended) without incident. Ozzie came to my work and did all the work in the parking lot so I didn't have to call out/waste a lunch hour. If you're wondering if you can drive your car the same day: I drove 400 miles, averaging 70 mph, through some inclement weather, just 5 hours after having my windshield installed. Of course, every car and situation is different so it's best to ask him his advise. And, in hindsight, I probably should have had it installed a day or two prior just to be on the safe side.
