I 100% recommend Rosa's Auto Glass shop. I live nearby, and on my street, car windows get smashed in regularly. In June of 2020, my small window got smashed, and they took care of me right away once they had the part which was less than a day. The price was also more affordable than other places I called. In December 2020, a day before my wedding, it happened again. I was such an emotional wreck, but Rosa's was so empathetic and great. they accomodated my time and took great care of my car and repaired the window with no issues. The Rosas Auto Glass has a Facebook marketplace account and I've been trying to contact him for a couple of times now but still no answer. He has said that he will do mobile services and still hasn't came. He scam people online and takes you to their place when he offers mobile services. He offer me to tint all my windows for $80 but the next day he changed the price to $125. Been texting him for days now and he flake on me. If your going to answer the a costumer and offer mobile services better provide the services or don't even bother offering anything. This place is not recommended for people who want to actually have their car taken care of. I promise if you go to another auto glass repair place they will provide you better services and communication. He gives you a number that he don't even answer the calls to. The guy was very helpful and gave me a quote and told me he would have the window within the hour. I went to go grab a bite to eat and came back within the time frame and the guys had the window when I arrived. They were able to give me a cheaper price since the window was used, but I was happy that they were able to take care of my situation. I went here via a recommendation. I gave this place 3 opportunities on the SAME day, I came in because my window would not roll down. In the end nothing was accomplished, I was told to come back the next day, after that same day I had gone back twice and was quoted over $100. I ended up going down the street where they fixed it for less that same day.
