We had them cater our wedding. The first time I called I talked to Patrick he was very nice and affable, he quoted a great price stated it was a served buffet, so I placed an order. The second time I called to confirm set up and the menu an older woman answered she was way less friendly and curt, but professional. I was a little less confident. I was nervous since I am out of town, but their reviews and friendly Patrick made me feel safe going with them.
On the day of our wedding we had arranged dinner to be at 5:30pm. Someone did not show up until close to six (what a stressful nightmare), and did not answer the phone. Upon arrival it was just the older woman and we quickly had the groomsmen carry in the food, They did not include one of the three veggies ordered and instead had double of another one. As soon as she was paid, she left, no one served and she left before we could make sure everything was okay. She did not offer an apology for being so late. As far as the food goes the chicken was amazing, the pork loin a little dry, and the potatoes and green beans were pretty good. She brought several loaves of stale white bread that were expired and had a use by date that was a week old. The drink they brought to serve was sweet tea and she just brought it in these large containers that were impossible to serve drinks from as they were tall plastic boxes with no dispenser. Luckily we had several other drink options for guests. They also did not bring plastic ware, so I am glad I had bought some for the occasion.
They would probably be fine for a family event or a casual party, but if time, effort, and service is important like for a wedding, than I would pass. read more
