After arriving to work, I received a call from my landlord stating there was a large oil leak on the property (see attached picture). I checked the ground near my car at work and noticed my car was still leaking a significant amount of oil. I called New Bridge and spoke to the owner Chris who was extremely rude. He did not offer to come to my location to fix the situation, and he showed callous disregard for a customer's vehicle potentially breaking down mid-commute due to his negligent and shoddy oil change. My car's oil was so low that I needed to have someone purchase and bring oil to me to replenish it for the drive home! I had another issue in the past with Chris offering to lower the price of a brake repair if I paid in cash. I later found out this is ILLEGAL and I also learned from calling another mechanic that Chris had actually charged me $50 MORE even though I had paid in cash. I let it go but it is now evident from the subsequent issue with the oil change that New Bridge is super shady. New Bridge's owner Chris is a crook - he is unethical, has zero regard for customer safety, overcharges, and does horrible work. If you have to go to New Bridge, please take extreme caution by shopping around for prices and checking that his work has been completed correctly.

Disappointed as the car we test drove had some severe scratches and a dent that was not disclosed. Thankfully I went back in day light. The other car had a large scratch on the drivers side door that they had no interest in repairing nor were they interested in negotiating. Not sure I would visit again.

Started by bringing my 2013 Ford F150 in to have the fluids in the transmission, transfer case and…read moredifferentials changed as I purchased the vehicle used and had no service records for it. Although Ford claimed the transmission fluid was life time many mechanics and Ford dealers stated it should be changed after 60 to 80 thousand miles so I asked Bradley's to change it without flushing the transmission. They did the service, the Bradley's tec said my trans fluid was clean no burnt smell or particles in it they charged me $1300+ and within 30 miles of driving after I picked mu truck up my transmission began failing. I brought it back to Bradley's and Gary there said my transmission was shot, I asked what had happened as there were no indications of transmission problems but Gary basically ignored my questions and just said it was defective. How and why was never explained. I was told a rebuilt transmission would cost $6696.00 I'm a 76 year old Vietnam Vet who still works construction to make a living and I use my truck for work I had no options but to get the rebuilt, up graded, I was told, transmission. I picked up my truck after the new transmission was installed and had to drive to PA and noticed my AC was not working, there was no problem with it prior to Bradley's working on my truck. I phoned Bradley's and informed them of the problem but was met with nothing but denial as to there work installing the transmission had any thing to do with the AC not blowing cold air. I check with Ford and the Ford Tec manual requires the moving of several AC parts to effect the install, I was told by Gary that they did not touch my AC system but he found there was no Freon in my AC system, I asked how that could happen as there was no problem with the AC before they changed the transmission, Gary had no explanation he only denied it was their fault claiming there must be a leak. Gary recharged the system and put a leak detector fluid in well as of 2 weeks later there is no leak in my system which leads me to believe it was Bradley's mechanic that opened a line to facilitate the transmission change as stated in the Ford Tec Manual. I drove my F 150 for about a week after the rebuilt transmission was installed, I noticed a shuttering vibration as I drove between 35 and 40 mph that would disappear once I went over 40 mph and no vibration at all at 50, 60 or 70+ mph only at that lower speed range. At first I thought it was a bad tire or balance but those things checked out. I did some research into this vibration, called shuttering, on the net and through contacting Ford Service and Jasper Transmissions who did the rebuild of my transmission all the information from these sources indicated it, the shuttering, was a common problem in rebuilt transmissions having to do with the internal clutches not making sufficient contact to lock up as they should. I was also informed by Ford Service and Jasper that several additives to the transmission fluid that could be successfully used to resolve the shuttering problem with no adverse effect on the transmission or warranty. I contacted Bradley's and advised them of the information I received and to schedule my truck so they could resolve the issue of my $6696.00 newly rebuilt transmission. I was immediately met with denial again being told by the woman at the front desk it was probably my drive shaft. I scheduled my truck and dropped it off today, 7/13/2026. I received a text later that afternoon saying that the additive would be in in 3 days and I should bring my truck back to leave it for another day. I do not think these people at Bradley's understand that my truck is my job and without it I loose money, this I had stated to them several times and no after leaving my truck for them to do nothing I was to bring it back and loose another day's pay. I called NAPA auto supply which is just down the road from Bradley's and asked if they had the additive for the transmission in stock, they said they did. I then phoned Bradley's spoke to Gary and asked why they could not jut go get the additive from NAPA, he said he would not, he, Gary asked me why don't you put the additive in yourself, I replied because you charged me $6696.00 for a rebuilt transmission an there is a problem with it and its your problem to fix it. Gary said " I'll do it but I'm going to charge you for it". I replied I just spent over $6000.00 for a transmission and you expect me to pay you to fix it? Gary was argumentative and arrogant in his addressing the problem with the failure of my original transmission, my AC system and especially the rebuilt transmission problem from day one insisting every other thing was the cause, never accepting that they may have made and error causing any of these problems. I was frustrated on the phone with Gary's arrogance and said I may get a lawyer involved, he just laughed at me and said, "come get your truck".

I was interested in purchasing a used Jeep Wrangler from the area and I had asked Anthony if he would do a pre purchase inspection explaining I don't have history on the vehicle and it is for my daughter who will be getting her license soon. Anthony told me he was busy and that he could look at it the next day and would bill for one hour of labor but it would be a thorough inspection. I was happy I brought the vehicle to him as he gave me a list of items that were concerns and what repairs would need to be made. Anthony was nice enough to give me a lead on a Jeep that he knew would be up for sale and offered to inspect this one as well. I passed on the first Jeep on his recommendation and brought him the second Jeep which did need work but was in far better condition. I ended up purchasing the Jeep and brought it to his shop, the necessary repairs were made for a fair price. Anthony has a clean shop and employs several mechanics who work full time and support their families with their jobs. The shop is absolutely immaculate which demonstrates that they take pride in their work and work conditions. Anthony's has been in business for Approx 30 plus years. Anthony gave me confidence to know that the Vehicle I bought for my daughter was now safe and roadworthy for her. It has been a few weeks and I am happy to report the Jeep runs great. If you are in need of an honest quality mechanic I would not hesitate to recommend Anthony's repair shop.

I shop around before purchasing or leasing (typically online). Last week, my wife and I leased a car from Malouf at about $30 less per month than the closest competitor. I purchased a car today (my lease just expired) and when shopping around it was clear that Malouf had the lowest price. For the same make/modal/features, Malouf was over $1,100 less than the nearest competitor (Lester Glen). This takes into account markup over MSRP and dealer rebates. The Trailblazer I purchased was being sold by Malouf at $1600 over MSRP. BUT, they offered me a dealer rebate of $1,000, so the net addition was $600. Lester Glen (identical specs) was $1800 over MSRP. All American & Quality Chevrolet (Old Bridge) were $5,000 and $3,500 over MSRP!!!! Do your research then head to Malouf.

Totally unacceptable and I deeply regret leasing 4 vehicles from this dealership. Stay away. As soon as you sign, they will abandon you and defer all the issues elsewhere. I reached out to the manager of Chevrolet on 1/17 and, as of this posting on 1/22, have not received a response. I am requesting the initial report explaining why Chevy Malouf deemed my 2026 Equinox sellable when it now requires a full engine replacement after only a month and a half. The vehicle was also brought in for service less than a week after I received it, and I am requesting the invoice/report detailing what was diagnosed and what repairs were made at that time. After that visit, the check engine light was turned off but came back on two days later. This raises concerns about whether proper testing was conducted or if the light was simply reset without addressing the underlying issue. I plan to add all related documentation to my pending case with General Motors (GM) as well as with Consumer Affairs. I still have several unanswered questions: Am I responsible for my monthly payment if I did not have possession of the vehicle for much of January? Wasn't my lease calculated based on a brand-new vehicle with its original engine? Now that the vehicle requires a major repair, shouldn't the lease be reassessed, as the value is no longer the same? Why was I never offered the option to exit this lease and start a new one with a different new vehicle? I initially asked about this when the check engine light first came on and was told, "I don't know how you're going to do that." Today, Chris, the service manager, contacted me to let me know the new engine has arrived and repairs will begin. He has always been great to deal with. I am simply frustrated that I am having to deal with major service issues so early in my lease. There are still ongoing issues with this vehicle. I have had it for only two months, and this brand-new 2026 vehicle now requires a complete engine replacement. It is unbelievable that General Motors is choosing to replace the engine in a two-month-old car rather than doing the right thing and providing me with a completely new vehicle. I have completely lost trust in this vehicle. This has been, without question, the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything--let alone something as significant and expensive as a vehicle. Due to the severity of this situation, I have opened a formal case with General Motors and filed a report with Consumer Affairs. It appears that the dealership is simply following General Motors' direction rather than taking ownership of the situation and advocating for the customer, despite being the entity that sold me the vehicle. This lack of accountability and customer support has only added to my frustration. I'm following up regarding ongoing issues with my leased vehicle, which I received on October 25. Since then, the check engine light has come on three separate times. While I appreciate that your team agreed to meet me at my home to swap out the current vehicle, I was later informed that there is no way for me to receive a different vehicle. This has left me feeling stuck with a car I no longer trust. I believe the right and fair resolution would be to replace this vehicle entirely or offer a comparable alternative to make up for the inconvenience and repeated issues I've experienced. Again, this is my 4th vehicle with them, so I have been loyal. Additionally, I have concerns about how the initial service visit was handled. When the check engine light first came on and I brought the vehicle in, I was told, "It was close to closing time when you brought it in, so they just checked it quickly." I find this response unacceptable and negligent, considering the seriousness of a check engine warning. I was also asked to provide proof of where I was told I could get my new car at the same payment rate as before, which I have done -- I can provide the screenshot again if needed. At this point, my confidence in both this vehicle and the service I've received is gone. Their solution is this is the car I leased, so I am stuck with it and have to deal with getting service on a brand new 2026 Equinox.
