This oil change and car wash place is horrible. Someone there had stolen items out of my vehicle. When asked to speak to the manager to get the matter rectified he kept deflecting stating his workers has been with them for 20 odd years and would never do that and refused to listen to me and refused to rectify the wrong. Will stop coming here going forward. Not because of the quality of service as that is adequate. Biggest issue is the people who work on the car wash side. Been coming here for years, never charged extra because I have an SUV. Pay for service ask for receipt, and unable to provide. When I question the charge I'm told it's standard. When I inquire about how I was never told about this nor charged any time I've brought my SUV here. When I advise I will post about it, the person behind the counter gets all upset and tells me to that by posting "I'm slandering his business (very doubtful he is the owner) When I advised that it's a little shady that a receipt can't be provided, I'm then told the SUV surcharge is a "state charge". Offered me my difference back and I declined because clearly they must have realized that they were in the wrong. But yeah. The oil change side is really solid here. But if that young guy is the "owner" I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your car wash. read more

If you see my history you'll know I rarely write a really bad review. Pulled in for an oil change knowing that there was a "free car wash" included. Shame on me for not asking the price of the oil change. 50 dollars!! Ok so I'm done with my oil change at 840am and head the few feet over to the car wash. Big sign says opened at 8am. Attendant tells me the wash opens at 9am. I return about 30 minutes later and I'm number 3 on line for a wash. I'm finally out of there 30 minutes later. They are charging $2.78 a gallon if you pay cash when competitors down the block I saw gas at $2.44 a gallon.. if you add up $.34 a gallon you can save yourself $3.50 just on 10 gallons ..After gassing I used the car wash which they had to run my car through two times because the machinery is obsolete.. The first time they wiped it down you can see all the dirt and after the second time they did him bother wiping it down ‍ This is what you get when you pay employees just enough.. They're decent when it comes to oil changes and car maintenance. They definitely have the quickest turn around compared to other spots nearby. The people who work within the car shop are nice as well. Their car wash is laughable, though. I feel bad for anyone who has actually paid money to get their car washed there. They don't clean the inside. They vacuum and wipe down with a dry cloth- there's no way my car looks the way it does when I get it back if that's not true. Worst experience ever. Website states they close at 7 on Thursdays. Left work early to arrive at 5:45 and was told they were closed. I've been a loyal customer at this business for 9 years. They stated they closed at 6 even when I showed their website stated 7. On top of it, there were two men in the garage and only 1 car being worked on. The other guy just stood there doing nothing. In addition the Indian man in the garage felt the need to curse me out after I showed him the website. What happened to customer service? Unbelievable. You won't believe what do they do at this place , about a year and half ago came for an oil change and tire rotation , after I got the car back , noticed the tire pressure light is on , I was kind of sure that this is not a coincident , but how can I prove it, made sure to fix my tire at jo jo so they don't get the business as they planned, Moving forward a year and half later , and only because totally forgot about this incident of incident of punching a tiny leak in my tire, went back to them for a tire rotation and oil change and believe or not, when picking the car up the tire pressure light is on again which made me remember what happened a year ago and half ago, and it was the same very tiny Leak that as if he used the exact same object to bunch a hole to my tire ? this time I am planning to write about this business to consumer affairs and the attorney general office and why I don't go back and ask them to fix it because I fear they will cause more damage and I have a feeling it's Asian Indian looking man because he always try to get over charge me above the average prices...I want to assure everyone who read this review , this is not my imagination.. average person won't notice or connect the dots but work in the auto industry since 1989..and I know it's the Indian guy who is behind it, but bet my life, that he has the owner's blessing , but promise everyone I would not let it go this time. I never had any problems with these guys. They are not the warm and fuzziest but they are constantly cranking out good work. I go there for oil changes(free car wash with that) and inspections, not to make friends. Besides they're probably sick of all the entitled tottenville J.O.'s and their sparkling personalities coming in. They are tad bit expensive but they are consistent and quick. Had my car washed there last weekend, took it home, and had to re-wash it. There were dark streaks from the dirty towels they used to dry the car everywhere, and, to top it off, I spent 45 minutes cleaning wax off my sideview mirrors, and windshield. The wax actually looked like water droplets, which I assumed would dissolve while driving. It was wax. My rims were dirtier than when the car went in. After paying over $20 to have the car washed and waxed, plus tip, I was quite annoyed to notice the issues, and have to have the car done again. This is probably my favorite steakhouse in town. But seriously, first of 3 cars for the '10 min oil change'. 30 min later we were the last car out. Asked owner what was happening he said it takes 15-20 minutes. When I said, the sign says 10 minutes he basically said there are other places we could go to then. The wash was just okay as well. Service is critical in business. Places need to make sure that they have polite and professional staff around the facility which is the complete opposite of Valley Gas. While the servicemen were polite they were unprofessional and did not take the proper precautions to make sure my truck was cleaned correctly. Actually, the made a colossal mess! My sun roof was left open which caused my entire truck to get soaked. They also never properly dried my truck and made be do it. I'm shocked nothing was stolen. Never come here, it's a mistake. Don't bother to try and schedule a detail because getting an appointment is Impossible and when they set one they always cancel. Totally not organized and not customer friendly. I have had my car cleaned here on a couple of occasions and have been disappointed with the job, wait time and price. The only reason I came here is proximity to my boyfriend's house. Additionally, I had an inspection performed which I failed since my car had not completed enough drive cycles after changing the 02 sensor so was not ready to read. I didn't have my scanner on me so expected them to check before they ran it. I realize as a woman maybe they went with the assumption that I had no clue what I was talking about when I explained this but instead of just checking if my car was ready to read, they ran the tests knowing i would fail and charged me, which any inspection place would check as a courtesy. How sleazy!! I was forced to pay and when I drove off I noticed that my undercarriage had been slightly pulled (which I had just repaired from the winter on a snowbank) as a result of their recklessness on the lift. When I called to ask what happened they hung up on my after telling me "we follow NYS guidelines." Yah so much for that!! they not only lost a newcustomer but my boyfriend as well. What a sleazy business! The owner was additionally rude to me when I asked what a price would be for just vacuuming the inside. How do these people get off on talking down to people? Unbelievable! I've never experienced this type of behavior with any car place (even as a woman!) FYI, I only know about cars because I have 2 brothers and tend to drive old cars bc I prefer the ride and freedom better! I was in line, while waiting I took the time to put everything in my trunk so that it was out of their way. When I pulled up they refused to take my car because they were closing. It was 10 to 4, they close @4. I asked nicely if they could just wash my car since I had sat there waiting for a couple minutes and I just wanted the basic wash. They told me no, they were closed! They had a few cars getting washed in front of me, I don't see why it was such a big deal to take my car too. To be honest they were pretty rude! THEY DID THE SAME THING TO ME AS ABOVE! Mike wasn't at the mechanic part!! I'm also a woman but I've been going there for 6 years and trusted them so much. But this time Mike wasn't watching & they FAILED MY INSPECTION FOR TIRES BEING LOW! And then all casually came into the office like "ok miss your done, by the way you failed" I had to ask him twice to repeat himself because he was so carefree about it. I had to pay the $37 and he knew I'd then be required to replace the tires before NYS could pass me. I asked him why he couldn't just have told me from looking at the car like any decent guy & he just stands there waiting for payment. Then gives me a tire price of ONE TIRE (I THOUGHT IT WAS FOR BOTH-IT DIDN'T EVEN INCLUDE SERVICE!) I left CRYING, 3 OTHER MECHANICS WERE THEN APPAULLED AND APOLOGIZED FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO ME AND ALL SAID THEY WANTED TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK OUTTA ME, ALL THREE MEN!! 6 years & just like that I'm done. I got my tires elsewhere & finished my inspection at an HONEST PLACE. Mike would not be happy & i am going to tell him as well because he knows me, that's how regular I frequent this place, but that's over now. WHAT A SLEAZEBALL MOVE. Let's hope no one treats their wives, sisters, daughters or mothers like that.
