I had a third party inspect it and they indicated that it was installed incorrectly and that the installer failed to put down the required moisture barrier underneath it in addition to failing to appropriately secure the edges with the baseboards. I contacted this company in hopes that they would honor the installation warranty. they took one phone call, asked for pictures then never contacted me despite me emailing them twice and calling multiple times. Beware of cutting corners, improper install and then not honoring the warranty. Shame on Eastern Cabinet and Stone.

I stumbled across this place online after wasting my time with the big retailers (Floor and Décor, Arizona Tile, The Tile Shop, etc.). Those bigger stores the moment they realize they do not have what you want will begin telling you to demolish what you already have and get entirely new tile. I had just had my current tile installed ten (10) months earlier, so I knew the tile still existed. But, nope, if they don't have it, you must buy what they have. That's not the case with Apache Tile and Stone and Shane Lipscomb, Manager. Once he realized they did not have what I needed, he got on the phone, located a supplier that did and coordinated the purchase. By the next business day I was on my way to pick up my tile. No wasting of time, no wasting time listening to advice I did not want and all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Apache Tile and Stone.

If he had not found us, my rating would have been 2. The store is very nice and good prices with sales. He also informed us of renting a pick up truck right there so we could bring it home ourselves.
