I use to love this truck! Went for many years but the last two times I went it was eating an egg in a tortilla. Hardly any bacon or hash browns and I was really disappointed. I even buy their salsa. So don't know why it's changed but wish it was like it use to be because I ate there at least once a week. Now I don't think I will. read more

Rico's is my favorite place to grab a quick bite when I'm in the area for work. They sell a five dollar punch card that entitles the owner to 5 for $5 tacos. It pays for itself and after 10 punches you get you 11th order free. The tacos themselves are really tasty. I always get mine with carnitas and squeeze lime all over them. Yum! I may not live down here but I feel like the card is worth it because I sometimes eat here twice a day when all my meetings are in Medford :) read more

$3.99 breakfast burrito is the way to go. I get one at least once a week as his location is right by my office. I usually get one and then don't eat the rest of the day. Filling, tasty, cheap, already made, quick, hot. Nothing more I would ask for. Make sure you show up early or you will have to wait for a few minutes. By 815 am, his morning batch is usually gone. This is the taco truck over in the Aaron's parking lot. Taco's are about $1.50 each... unless you have a "punch card" then they magically become 5 for $5. I can't say I was terribly impressed with his customer service, the tacos, or the amount of time it took to get them. The taco's we decent, too spicy for my wife, maybe I'm just expecting more after growing up around so many mexican places and having gone to Mexico. So why a 3 star? because their breakfast burritos are pretty tasty, and pretty huge. Although I must admit I have no idea how much those cost. There are 3 different prices on the truck for a "breakfast burrito" and I've never been the one buying them. I'd say its worth a shot, but definitely not my favorite place read more

The reason for the low score is, he had no taco's this morning. I know it was morning but it says taco right on the truck haha all he had was pre-made burritos in a warmer box. How long does it take to make something fresh? I unliked this truck on Facebook because he needs to step up his game. I went to El Gallo on West main. On weekends they have hand made tortillas and have many choices. Also in the store they have fresh carnitas! Better get there around 9am though because they sell out fast. read more

This is one of the many taco trucks that are parked around the area. They had five tacos for five dollars. I ordered tripa but they gave me beef instead. And the tacos were rather small. But they were very good. I'd eat there again right away, except that there's so many other taco trucks to try. I'm happy to see these little guys appear in Southern Oregon. The customary Mexican restaurants here all seem to be cut from the same cookie-cutter - the same oval plates with variable-quality concoctions swimming in lard and molten cheese. Is there a cacique in charge of designing Mexican restaurants hereabouts? But these wagons are a different story, serving bites of intense flavor sitting solidly on fresh tortillas. 5 tacos for $5 ... you can't beat this deal! On a good day, they are absolutely dee-lish! Double tortillas, carne asada (or meat of your choice), Rico's own special avacado-type sauce, then topped with fresh squeezed lime makes them so good! However, recently they haven't been anything special to write home about! What we wish more than ever is that he had consistent taste with his food - but instead it's hit & miss. Plus, Rico himself can be a bit stand-offish & rarely does he say thank you back! Not so sure when/if we'll be back ... we shall see! read more

My favorite taco truck (specifically the Rico's near RCC). My fav is al pastor tacos, five for $5 - and if you call ahead, they will be ready for you to pick up! The only bummer (other than the fact that the food probably isn't the healthiest....) is that it's really hit or miss whether their ATM will be working, so make sure to bring cash. read more

Yuuuum! I really like Rico's! I'm guessing it's the closest thing to authentic Mexican in the Rogue Valley. I always get their veggie torta. The hot salsa is also really good. Brought BF here one time when he was visiting from SF and he said "Why is this the first time you've brought me here!?!" :) They also take credit cards, which is nice for food trucks. read more
