I was appalled by the audacity of this establishment. How can you call yourself an "authentic" Mexican restaurant when it doesn't even taste like the real deal? I am from SoCal and wanted a little taste of home, I got the breakfast burrito and it was terrible. Literally almost no eggs that were also flavorless, too much potatoes, and overpriced for the real slop it is. I couldn't even finish my meal from how disgusting it was and afterwards, started having extreme bowel issues. TocoRiendo is sooo good and this is coming from a 15 year old. Every day after baseball practice, I head down and get the Birria red tacos. Service is also amazing! Very nice people, understanding, and super friendly. I'm always getting my food in under 5 minutes as well so if I were you I'd definitely head there! read more

Very impressive Wet Chicken Burrito with black beans; it is primarily delicious, pleasantly aromatic and apparently super fresh. The flavor is outstanding, especially the perfectly spiced shredded chicken. Right now I'd say that TacoRiendo #2 serves the best (huge too) burrito in Jackson County. read more

They need to do something about theit online order awareness. If you order online you should probably call ahead also and let them know about the order. Every single time I place an order online at this location, I walk into an empty restaurant to find they were not aware of my order ticket sitting at their printer waiting to be made. I got the red taco and birria quesadilla. My quesadilla was on the softer/soggy side but I ordered it to go so I'm not sure if that's the main culprit but I loved how much meat they put in it. The birria taco was SO good, I would've preferred to have had just that! I would come back for that, and the slightly spicy pickled veggies. This is a brand new location for Taco Riendo and is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. I just went there recently for lunch and was impressed. Service was quick and friendly. The food was extremely good and fresh. I got the Red Birria Pita, Jumbo Taco (Al pastor) and Jumbo Taco (Asada). The Birria pita was really good and is a meal by itself. The jumbo tacos were also really yummy with the al pastor being my favorite. They have been open about 3 weeks at this location as of this review. My husband had a premium draft beer for an additional $5. I have had their breakfast burrito at their first store that was equally delicious. The only complaint is that breakfast starts at 0900. This is by far the best Tacos I have had in a long time. The only thing is I dont like my taco shell touching the beans because it gets soggy. The food was made fresh, the staff was very nice and the place was clean. I wish it was more of a restaurant style place, but I will go back for a lunch. My husband had the seafood burrito and said it was delicious. The sauces are very good. I love very hot hot sauce and it was very flavorful. Would highly recommend to try for lunch or dinner. Taco Riendo is my favorite Mexican restaurant in town! Their new location is in my neighborhood and we are so excited! The pickled carrots they make in house and they are THE BEST!! I can't eat enough of them! The owner and loyal employees are the nicest. I'm bummed the new location prices are more expensive than their first location but they're open later and they're close to my house so I'm willing to pay for that convenience.
