The big seller here are the chicken/steak kabob salads/subs. I really enjoy these for lunch, and the meat is always right off the grill, cooked when ordered. Steak bombs are good too, not dripping w/ grease, but well proportioned. Tuna has about the right amount of mayo. Sub sizes are a good value for the reasonable prices, and the fries are served right out of the frialator. Pizza is typical Greek pizza shop, same as every other place ... I wish I could give this place 6 stars!! They have the most amazing calzones in the Northeast, stuffed full of all the good stuff and topped with melted cheese. Everything is customizable and their friendly and attentive staff don't miss a beat. Great salads and huge sandwiches also. Great take out. Chicken kabob dinners and the rebel items are the best on the menu. Chicken kabob dinner is a Greek salad with chicken and fries. Besides the ckd, I also go with the Rebel wrap: fried chicken, mozzarella, bacon, and rebel sauce with Greek dressing on the side. Also amazing as a calzone. I don't even know where to start. But Ricos is hands down the best sub shop out there. After moving away from walpole several years ago, there's not a week that goes by where Ricos isn't on my mind. The food here is great, especially the BJ Wrap. I just wish they were more responsible for others. I have been there 2 times in the last 2 weeks. The first time I went me and my friends ordered 3 BJ Wraps individually. It took the between 20-25 minutes for us to get to eat. We had to go up and tell them we have been waiting a while. [BTW] once your food is ready they serve your food to where you are sitting. The lady forgot to serve them to us and our sandwiches weren't warm, but luckily they weren't cold. The second time my family ordered on the phone and we ordered 3 wrap and a large onion rings. (Not that hard of an order). We ended up getting the three wraps we ordered but a large french fries. We used to love going to this place in Walpole and always got the "famous" chicken kebob salads. Unfortunately we have not been back because after eating the salads with the greek dressing, I & many of my coworkers, had to rush to the bathroom. We has the same feeling a few times after eating the salads. Clearly we have not been back there in a few years (not for lack of trying - we did try going back a few times but had the same reaction.). I heard that they do not refridgerate their creamy greek dressings and this could be the reason. Save your money for Leo's - it is a lot better!!! read more

Very good portioned, i keep going back for their chicken kabob salad (right amount of dressing) and onion rings + bleu cheese dressing. I've tried their pizza and it's alright, for the buffalo wings, the sauce is very good, but for the wings, they are cooked like any other independent/local pizza shop. It Tends to be a very busy place even with two locations, so i suggest calling in before hand. The Calzones are also good, it can't literally feed a family.... The only reason why i'd go to this place is because i work not to far from it. would suggest if you pass by the area and want a bit, but not for long distance traveling just for this place. They make a pretty good pizza and are famous for their Bj wrap, a combination of chicken French fries mozzarella and bacon (with secret sauce, BBQ or buffalo). Everything is pretty good. Very disappointed with my experience at Rico's. I was over promised and sadly, under delivered. First, they told me would take 10 minutes. After sitting in Rico's for 30 minuets, my order was still not ready. Once I finally got my food and went home to feed my family, we found out the order was not as promised. My favorite place to go for food in the area. Personal favorites being the BJ wrap and Rebel sub. Cannot beat the portions as they are huge and very fair for the money. The large subs are so big unless you eat like me, you'll be full and have plenty to take home. Worst customer service I have ever had across the globe. My teenage brother asked me to order him pick up over the phone and that he would get it as I live in the metro-west area. I go to their website to place an order, but alas they do not have this option. I then call to place an order for pick up. The woman on the phone took my order, and when I asked to pay by credit, the woman informed me that she could not do that because it required a manager. I informed her there was no other way to pay for the order, and she then asked the manager who said he was too busy. I said I didn't mind being on hold, at which point the manager came on the line and abruptly told me he was too busy. I asked if he was sure he wanted to lose the sale. And he said yeah, he didn't have time. I told him I would be sure to consider this for future orders. He replied with "Yeah, whatever big man from Colorado" and hung up.
