I had to make an unexpected trip to Autozone because I needed a special tool. Why did I need a special tool you ask....because I was in a neighborhood off basswood taking my kids to a group swim lesson and someone literally stole the front grill off my car...(they too had a special tool.lol) Anyway I figured I would equip myself with the special tool so I could replace the part. I popped into Autozone, and immediately my day got better! There was a guy in a gray shirt and his name started with an R...it was Ray, Or Ryan. He is the BEST employee I have ever met at Autozone. Not only was he super helpful, but he took the time to help me use the tool, and I was able to fix my car right in the Autozone parking lot! Now how is that for service!! From now on, when I need tools or ANYTHING else that Autozone might sell, this is my go to place. I tried to work with Kia in good faith but they don't want to do the same. Avoid Kia/Hyundai EVs, they are broken and the dealers will lie to your face. I went in to exchange a spark plug socket I had purchased just two days earlier. The employee shown in the attached photo was rude from the moment I walked in.
