Within 30 minutes got a call back from Chris (may have got the name wrong) and in another 30 mins rode down to their location with the parts and Scot had it all installed along with cell phone holder on the handle bar in just an hour. I had a valve stem on a tire that had been leaking for some time. Being fairly new to Dallas and a busy work schedule I had been putting this off. Had an unexpected day off and decided to get it taken care of. Being a walk in with no notice the first shop I visited couldn't help however they referred me here. Not only were they able to get me right in, which I didn't expect, they were very friendly and seem quite knowledgeable. My issue was resolved very quickly. I'm sure that there are times they can't get someone right in and of coarse parts have to be ordered sometimes which is out of their control but I received quick, excellent service from friendly, knowledgeable people. Worst decision I ever made was choosing this place to maintenance my Harley Street Glide CVO. They had my motorcycle July 4th 2022 to February 10th 2023. I should've removed my bike when I had to get my estimate for them. Then parts was back on order. They never gave any attempt to contact Harley to check other locations for what they had in stock. I had to contact Harley parts dept myself. They called me back 35 minutes later, and stated they found parts in NewYork. If I had not contacted Harley, my motorcycle was project to be down until 2024. I've learned a valuable lesson. Never give an establishment an opportunity to redeem themselves when they have no motivation to do so. read more

I would like to first and foremost thank the owner of the southwest super bikes along with Chris who sold me the bike. These great gentlemen helped me out tremendously. Words cannot describe how pleased and happy I was with the purchase of my 2016 slingshot SL. The where able to hold it for me until I arrived home from Afghanistan (which was a long time). Once I got to the shop they welcomed me home with open arms and got me taken care right before closing. Chris also stayed late to help me figure out the Bluetooth on the bike (lol). All in all it was the best experience. I can't tell you guys how excited I was went I bought it and since I've owned it for a week now it has put a smile on my face everyday. I had a positive experience. I've been burned by repair services before where they don't call and update you and/or forget to perform repairs that were requested. Southwest kept me informed of what was going on and how much it was gonna cost. The mechanic really seemed to care by going over everything one last time before letting me ride back and the owner/manager passed the vibe test while I was waiting. Found a bike online. Called to confirm it was still available. Arrived was greeted. This place was super nice. They won't let you ride a bike unless you're pre-approved or have cash. Which didn't bother us. The bike is super awesome and the customer service was pretty legit. Carlos even gave my kids a juice while we waited for the paperwork. I've been coming to this shop for over 15 years, even before they were at this location. My main motorcycle has almost 150k miles so it needs some tlc from time to time. The prices for their bikes are really good considering the service that comes with it. They check the bike out and make sure it's solid before it hits the showroom floor. Got approved for a loan an this place and another place and the other places bike was more expensive then here and southwest tried to say I need more down for it cause the finance company fees. But other place 1500 down for a 7k loan and southwest is 2k down for a 6220 loan lol.Worst finance department ever and I work for Honda and know how it works so good luck people if you go here don't pay more for less read more

Awesome purchase experience. I am new to the DFW area and I was looking for a motorcycle dealership with 'hometown feel'. Saw the ZX14 I wanted online, so I made a inquiry via email. I received an email from salesman and owner within 24hrs encouraging me to come in. I visited and was immediately impressed with inventory and service. A few days later I returned, put a deposit down to hold the bike while my credit union worked out the details. In the meantime I chatted with Mark(the owner) and just talked about motorcycles, riding and local places to ride and eat. Rode my 2011 ZX14 home a few days later. My name is Geramy Alexander and I purchased a 2006 GSXR 1000 from Southwest Superbikes on Fabens rd in Dallas Texas 75229. They sold me a motorcycle that was neglected by the previous owner. The motor blew up in less than two weeks. I purchased a 2006 Suzuki GSXR 1000 from Southwest Superbikes on October 23, 2013. I purchased the bike with less than 22,000 miles on it. After about a week I had to return the bike on October 28, 2013 for said company to replace the oil pan due to an oil leak and got the bike back from them on November 1, 2013. On November 2, 2013 I was riding the bike on the highway and the motor blew up. I was traveling at a high rate of speed when the bike burst into smoke and started gushing oil. I'm fortunate to still be alive. This was due to the previous owner starving it of oil and wearing the rods and bearings. The company bought the motorcycle like this and sold it to me are making me pay $2000 for a new engine. I did not purchase the extended warranty because I did not think that a week later the motorcycle would have catastrophic engine failure. I ask that the company pay for the repair in full. I consider it fraud that they market this as a working motorcycle, yet the motor throws a rod a week after I receive it back from repairs. This is the third motorcycle I purchased from them and they refuse to help out a loyal customer. The public needs to know this companies bad business and to NOT buy motorcycle from here! In May 2013 purchased a beautiful 2010 customized Harley Davison motorcycle with 7k miles that was the personal bike of "Mark" the owner of Southwest Superbikes. Mark had it consigned for sale through Dream Machines in Carrollton. I dealt with Mark on the phone negotiating the price with him as well as discussing the bike, the mods and the issues. He told me the bike was professionally built and the build was over seen by him and the "badass" bike which were his words was ready to ride and was turn key. I noticed the the bike surged when the front brake was applied during my test ride. I asked Mark about the issue and he told me that it was probably from the custom 21" front wheel. I bought the bike and paid almost asking price. Fast forward to July. I've riden the bike 4 times before it went into the shop on July 1st. The bike has major mechanical issues, brake issues and suspension issues. My mechanic was questioning me where the bike was wrecked and rebuilt! Today is August 3 and the bike still has another 3 weeks before it'll be ready because of parts back order. I called Mark to talk to him about some of the issues and never did he offer to help me pay for anything since I was misled, instead he offerd to get me new brake rotors at cost since that was the problem causing the bike to surge. I don't recommend doing any business with Mark or Southwest Superbikes. He represented himself and his business when I purchased the motorcycle. It will cost me almost $2,000 dollars to fix the motorcycle correctly. I paid almost $30,000 for the motorcycle. Mark is a crook! read more

They sold me a piece of crap motorcycle that needed the whole lower end rebuilt. All of the crankshaft bearings were INCORRECT, the rod bearings also incorrect. The crankshaft, bearings, and a rod needed to be replaced (as well as the gaskets, obviously, and the piston rings) All of this occurred between a month and two months after buying it. I would not deal with them as they are very disorganized and will tell you one thing and in fact the situation is completely different the next time you walk in or talk to them. I would highly advise anyone to go ANYWHERE other than this place. Very unprofessional and looking to make a buck, even if that means shafting the customer. Keep in mind that I have been dealing with issues on this motorcycle for just about a year now. read more

I had driven up to Southwest Superbikes after talking to them about a bike they had for sale. I drove over to look at it the next day. A gentleman came from the back to help me. I told him I was there to look at a particular bike. He told me they didn't have it. " A wasted trip?". The gentleman said " I guess so". Clearly unconcerned. Now I can understand a mixup, what I didn't particularly like was the man's lack of concern. I am a long time resident and I have purchased many bikes from many places. These guys are crooks! On their website they offer to hold a bike for 2 weeks for $300 which is what I did. Jim the salesman never bothered to tell me it was non-refundable. How conveniant! I only held the bike until I could check the blue book value. And when I did I found out that it was almost a thousand dollars over blue book excellent condition. Jim, who was off on Mondays, I guess decided to go into work that morning, called to inform me that he was getting all of the paperwork ready for me to buy it. I was like, slow down cowboy, at least buy me a drink first before I get screwed! ...I informed him that I was no longer interested because the motorcycle was WAY overpriced. He then said "Well you know, you can't get that deposit back".... On their website, they say you can put $300 down for 2 weeks to hold it. Not one time did JIM ever tell me it was NON-REFUNDABLE!!! CROOK! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS OR EVER PUT MONEY DOWN. read more
