This was our first time to this dealer and we will never go back. We drive over two hours to get there after talking with a sales person the day before. We where under the impression he would be there the day we went but we where wrong so we had to work with a new sales man which wasn't that big of an issue until we found out no info was handed off so we had to restart everything. We find the jet skis we wanted and start talking, we had a trade in and already did the evaluation so we thought we knew what to expect and the manager comes out with $1,500 less than what was listed from there website. We fight with them on that and some other things for the deal and finally come to an agreement. Now we are waiting for finance, 5 hours later the sales person comes out and tells no from the middle of the store. I am now confused as to why he is yelling no to me, he comes closer and says no again and I say no what. He tells me I'm not approved there is nothing that can be done. Still confused because I have bought a lot of vehicles and have never been told nothing can be done, we ask for info and all we are told was the managers are busy and as if they are just trying to push us out the door now. They don't know how much money we where willing to put down or even asked about a co signer they also won't tell me why I'm not approved. Hands down worst dealer I have ever been to! read more

TERRIBLE You will want to read this in it's entirety to fully understand the terrible service and absolute scam that took place with this service department. I dropped off my 2017 Honda pioneer with an ignition switch issue (ignition on with key off and difficult to start) I told the service advisor Robert that I was petty sure it was an ignition switch issue during drop off. I should have been more alarmed when he wrote on the work order "runs poorly". I told him that it didn't run poorly and reiterated the problem that it was there for. He said that it didn't matter what was on that paperwork that he would make sure it was explained to the tech. A week later i get a call that they found the issue and that it was a corroded connection they cleaned it and put back together. He then said that the starting issue was the following. Bad air filter, bad spark plug, bad gas, and it needed an injector service. Over 800.00 bill. When I declined he said that he would see if they could bring it back in and put it back together but they don't like to do that. Next text was that the connection didn't fix the problem. And that they were going to "do more testing" 2 weeks later I go to the shop in person and speak to a different service tech and was told they were putting an ignition switch in it the next day and that the total price was going to be $430 total for diagnostics, labor and the switch, next day get a text from the original service advisor who said they were going to see if a switch would fix it and that he would get back with me in a couple weeks. I waited the two weeks and called him back and he said it was fixed. Now the bill was $505.00 and that the 430 must not have included the switch. I have picked up my side by side and as I told them in the beginning, the ignition switch fixed the problem. I called a Honda shop in Leesburg and got a quote for the same job and the part is $76. 1/2 hour labor. Less than 150.00 total. This place had the opportunity to earn a customer but chose to be dishonest and shady instead. No way would I recommend this business for any reason.!!! Shady business tactics here.. read more

I took my Kawasaki 800 Vulcan in here 2 years ago and regretted every moment of it. Back then, I brought it in since it was running sluggish and figured it just needed a tuneup. I guess it was my fault for not finding a different dealer when Lance, the service manager, told me the cost of the repairs would "start at $100 and go until I ran out of money." I guess that was supposed to be funny.Lance was telling me I should just trade it in for whatever I could get and oh, by the way, they had a sale going on. I ran out of money around $1600, got my bike home and was greeted the next day with radiator fluid all over my garage floor and what appeared to be a hose unattached that I have as yet to figure out where it goes. Not sure if that is what is causing the leak. I have not had the time or money to get it repaired from their "repair job" so it isn't being used right now which is sad. Maybe they are under new management or new owners, but there is no way I would ever take it back to those guys again. Just be very wary of dealing with this outfit. Maybe I can find a team of Wall Street corporate attorneys that can fix it for a cheaper amount. read more

Took my husband's Indian FTR in for its 500 mile required service. The bike was in the shop for two hours; we were told we would get a call when it was done. We didn't! Then, when we got the bike back it was covered in grease that should not have been (this grease got on EVERYTHING; my husband's jacket, boots, gloves and I even got a handful of it). When we got the bike back home I looked over it carefully and their service packages. The "gold" package states that the shop services and washes the bike. I know for a fact that bike was NOT washed and I'm not certain that anything was changed (oil, air filter, or oil filter). I will not be taking my business back there. read more

I wish that we never would have stopped there. Everything was, it will only take a second. We were there for hours. We were told what the payment would be, but when we went to the finance office it was more. I told them I needed to go pretty quick but that didn't mean anything to them. We were going to purchase a trailer and pick up the Polaris the next day. When we went to get the trailer, I called Ridenow to see exactly what the width of it was. Someone in the service department assured me that 55 inches was the width. I said that the trailer from fender to fender was 61, he said that we would have plenty of room. When we got there to pick up the Polaris, it wasn't wide enough. The service department mger acted like I wasn't being honest. Tried to blame it on the salesman, not once but twice. I guess he was tired of me and got cocky. Wanted to know just what I wanted him to do about it. I should have said take the Polaris and the trailer and stick it right up your a$$! The salesman we had was Franco and he was great. The rest of them, well I am sure you can figure out how pleased we are with them. read more

Avoid Ridenow at any cost. All they care about is making the initial sale. I bought three units from them in December 2020. I sent the units in on December 8th 2020 for service and trade in value to upgrade to bigger units from my kids. They have had my units for a month now, no trade in value (after being passed around to three different people) and the service still isn't complete. I can not comprehend how a business doesn't respond to someone wanting to spend money in their shop. BUYER BEWARE!!!! read more

Mr Kelton, the salesman, was wonderful! Knew his product, very experienced, and genuine. We spent approximately $16K on a new UTV Side-by-side. Waited approximately 5 months only to find small things were not taken care of. We brought up a few deficiencies at the final visit to complete the sale and take the vehicle, and were told to go to Lowe's and fix ourselves by the mechanic. The manager who sold us the insurance stated he would speak with the staff but did not address any solutions to the deficiencies, even though we had purchased the insurance policy. OMG where do I start, these people are the worst, please stay away from this place. I worked out a deal for 2 days over the phone on a (NEW) 2017 Polaris RZR XP 4 1000 I gave A $500.00 deposit to hold the deal to next day. So I leave Miami and drive for 5 1/2 hours to pick up the new TOY (the wife and I were super excited) we get there and they tell me they are putting on the winch, which the RZR was suppose to be done by 12pm and it was 1:30pm. So they are trying to shove me into financing without seeing the bike, we persisted on seeing the bike before we gave a penny more and what we saw was pretty disappointing. The RZR looked like it went mudding for a whole day and it was never cleaned and sat for 3 months outside... obviously we were furious, so we declined the deal and we spoke to 3 different MNGRS. And they told to please let them detail it and we obviously negotiated the numbers some more(my mistake) we even bought an ATV for our son. So we drove home super excited about our NEW purchases. The big day comes, 3 days after we purchased it, we finally get to use it, we drove it for 2 hours in dirt roads (BLAST) then we go into some deeper sand so we need to engage 4X4 (IT DID NOT WORK) we where stranded on sand... BS!!! So we managed to get it out and go home, we called a Polaris Dealer in Miami, made an appt. to drop off the RZR for repairs, few days later we get a phone call that the front differential was BLOWN!!! They sold me a NEW BROKEN RZR. The Rzr had a few hours on it and their explanations was that they move all the side by sides off the street and store it in the back. BS!!! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this poor excuse of a Dealer... and shame on Polaris for having such an DISHONEST Dealer read more

Was able to work a deal over the phone as im from miami and they got me approved with a good interest rate even though my credit wasn't great. Lake Smith, helped me out and gave me great customer service, gave me a walk around the bike before i signed any paperwork to make sure i liked it. Place is a joke.the clown service writer Ryan is literally a lair and all around smuck..long Story short bought a yz250 clutch wasn't working right pulled it apart in no joke 15mins not complicated it's a few bolts, I look at the hub, the basket, springs in the plates all looked good it was getting dark I didn't have time to mess with it. Called them Ryan Said bring it in he Will move stuff around and get it fixed right up .I Brought it there without any oil in it because I just drained it. I specifically told him that, I said don't start it because there's no oil.. to which he replies I will put a oil in it and then starred in charge you for the oil... i'm like that's pointless I just drain the oil out the clutch is not working case in point put my own oil back in it real quick to save my money.... then Ryan tells me to do a diagnostics on the bike it's a a two hrs dia, but then tells me if it takes us 30 minutes that's all you get charged.... make sense right? he called me the next day tells me the clutch plates are smoked tells me $240 for parts, to which I replied I can order them online for cheaper. Which I did through Motosports Outlet cost me $140 and that was next day air... I had the parts delivered the next day called them and asked them when they were going to work on it, they tell me Friday i'm like Ryan told me they were going to get it fixed ASAP this is on a tue. I complain to the manager she says they will start it the next day then she told me it was to our project to put my clutch and I specifically said it is not even remotely close to two hours I'll come pick the bike up to witch she says oh no that's just what Ryan has written for the diagnostics.. she said we're not gonna charge you two hours if it does not take that long to which I replied I can literally put the clutch in 15 minutes so she said ok we will start it in the am,which they did Ryan calls me tells me it's done..says it Took them a half an hour to diagnose it and an hour and a half to fix it I got pissed off and explain to him that it's literally a 15 minute project you told me if it takes less time that's what you'll charge me for... we go back-and-forth he knows that I'm right about this what he's all about the money I'm sure he gets a bonus of the more money they rob them from you. I just hung up because I was irritated I think the whole show is corrupt I'm an honest character I was just looking for some respect and honesty this company has no dignity and pride or integrity I would suggest no one ever consider bringing something there.I MEAN EVER! And I've had way over 100 bikes was simply giving them some work in the benefit of the doubt of which now they've lost any future business with me and the fact that I would tell anybody do not go here ever definitely the worst customer service I've ever seen out of a motorcycle shop without a question... On Tuesday, April 21st, at approximately 5:30pm, I stopped at Ridenow Gainesville to inquire about a post for a bike located in Ocala. Manager Sam, stated it was a good deal, but said I would have to go to Ocala because they make Polaris sales. Sam called Ocala to have Jasmine, who works in internet sales hold it until the weekend when we could make a purchase. On Sunday April 26th at approximately 3:15pm, we arrived at Ridenow Ocala, where we met with Clayton who also works in Internet sales. Clayton informed us Jasmine wasn't working, but he could help us. Clayton then introduced us to a salesman named Tyler who showed us the bike. The stock # and Vin matched the listing, but it was a completely different bike than what was in the description online. I showed the listing we found to Tyler, who then got a Manager involved. Finance Manager Tom was shown the post from their website & stated it was an error on their part because they made the post, but promised they would honor & back the price shown for the bike in the description. After an hour of waiting for a price, the Floor Manager Jake, came from the main office & showed a price far more than the internet price they agreed to honor. When we informed Jake it wasn't the price promised, he then said he'd talk to the other managers & get the price corrected. When Jake came back again a few minutes later he didn't bring a price, but stated they wouldn't be able to get us the bike due to a lack of bikes. I informed Jake, I was able to locate 3 in the Jacksonville store in a matter of seconds. All of which had the stock & vin numbers on each listing, showing they had 3 on their premises. Jake said they called & checked the Jax store, but informed us they didn't have any. He said still, they would get one from their warehouse or another store & call us when they had it ready. After driving 2 hours with a trailer & then waiting almost 2 hours, we left with an empty trailer & feeling lied to over the whole ordeal. We called the Jacksonville store when we left the Ocala lot & spoke to Sales Manager Michael who confirmed he knew of at least one being there and another sales employee who stated she saw a different one in person, therefore at least 2 were found on the property of the Jacksonville store. The Ocala managers continued to say they don't have a bike to sell us. The Jacksonville Manager Michael stated they couldn't honor the internet price we found because it wasn't their store, but that the Ocala store has to honor the price they listed. On Wednesday April 29th, Internet Manager Conner, messaged us to let us know he is working on locating a bike for us. On Sunday May 3rd, we contacted Conner again, asking if he forgot about us, he then stated he was still working on it but was being turned down by other stores. It is now Saturday, May 9th, and we have yet to hear back from them, nor do we have the bike as promised. We feel like the company isn't planning to honor the internet price as promised per managers. read more

Do your homework, this place will tell you anything to get you to sign up. Also when you are getting the agg exemption. Beware they are deceiving you, they in fact .setting you up with a felony if you are caught using it. There are specific guidelines for the exemption. Also beware of the contract and warranty program. It is not the Polaris factory warranty but a aftermarket, according to the service personnel do not believe sales.this was a comment made by their employee .we ended our nightmare with returning the fox edition rzr after a ton of lies and runaround. Including the insurance policy we bought and paid for cash and reassured was in place wasn't. Before we left the dealership. According to the insurance company we would have lost all of our investment as the binder was not in place. We bought a rzr 900s at love motorsports and loved every moment of the experience. I contacted RideNow about a SeaDoo Spark they had advertised on their website for $4999. I was contacted by Baleigh their internet specialist the next day. I asked for a buyers order so I could take it to my bank for financing. She told me she couldn't give me one and said she would have to work up the numbers and call me back with a price. Hours later she called me back and told me the price would be $7500 with taxes and fees. Wow that's a 50% mark up! Really. Complete waste of time. Just a big run around. RideNow clearly believes they are the only game in town. Really bad experience I will be recommending everyone I know to shop else where. read more

I had service down on a new motorcycle, scheduled for Saturday service. I delivered it the day before to cool the bike before service. The service technician did not show up for work, and Honda had no respect to call and report that it would not be on time. They finished it on Monday, then I found that they charged over 300 to check the valves. Plus, they charged for Honda oil and put off the the shelve Castro oil. They do not report this on the work order. When it comes to the over charging in fees for new or use bikes, Honda headquarters is aware that other dealers do the same thing. If I could give 0 stars I would. Would never recommend this place wether it's for bikes, jet skis or atv's. Brought our jetski in for a service because we bought it through them, first mistake. Nothing was wrong with the ski before we brought it in, they then told us an "O-Ring" was out of place and that if we were to run the motor again it would blow. So they "fix it" $400 later "under warranty" . Try putting the ski in the water and ride it back to house felt normal, when the ski was on our lift we then noticed a film of oil covering the whole canal but figured it wasn't from our ski since it was "fixed". We take the ski out not thinking anything of it, 5 minutes later an oil light and check engine light appear on the instrument cluster of our 2020 Seadoo GTX170. We check the oil , none in there so we figured they forgot to add oil after doing the service . Take the ski back to them the woman at the front of the service department had dark hair and wasn't very nice at all I don't remember her name. She then proceeded to act like we are the reason the ski was messed up and was very rude about the whole situation. She then brings out an old man with no teeth that's supposedly a "mechanic" at the shop to check it out and see if there is any oil in the ski. He starts the ski , revs it a few times and then tells us "sounds like a piston dropped". The very rude lady then notices the oil in the water on the ground that came out of the ski when it was started and immediately changed her tone when she realized what they had "fixed " was not fixed. We were told it would be covered under warranty so that they could cover up their screw up. The ski is still sitting on their lot to this day a month and a half later with "back ordered" parts and was told they wouldn't be in until age August. If this dealer had any care in the world for their customers they would have at least offered us a ski to ride while ours is being fixed. Once again I would never recommend to anyone ever and the employees were rude for no reason when they were the ones at fault. terrible experience. read more

This is the only dealer we could find open on a Sunday. We called them and they had the side by side that we wanted. It was "on sale" for $9,999.00. They knew we were driving 2.5 hrs to get there. Once we got there they brought out the purchase agreement and the bottom line paying cash was over $14,000.00. After a total shock in the costs they wanted us to incur, the best they could do is $12,000.00 out the door and that was with the AG exemption (no sales tax). What a joke and waste of our time. Beware before driving a long distance. They were very proud to tell us they just remodeled the place, apparently we were supposed to pay for it. read more

I purchased three CanAm motorcycles from this dealer (spent almost $100k in a single transaction). I ordered three, bluetooth headsets for the helmets I purchased which included installation. Once they came in I scheduled an appointment for installation. Upon arrival for the installation I was told he was short-handed and he would do the best he could. 2.5 hours later, I get the helmets and drive the 1.5 hours home only to find out they do not work. I also paid them to install riser brackets on two of the bikes. Mechanic says one of the kits was not correct but I was still charged $145 for an hour labor. I bring the kit home and contact the manufacturer who advised it is correct and all the mechanic had to do was flip the bracket over. They sent me an installation video and I installed it myself in ten minutes. Called the Service Advisor who offered no apology or refund. Had a delay with one license plate registration, temp tag expired and I could not get any response calling them. A month after buying the bike I was in the area and stopped by to see about my tag; they brought it out with no apology for the delay or their disregard in even returning my phone calls. They are eager to sell bikes but service after the sale is sorely lacking. CanAm needs a better dealer. read more

They advertise low prices, but they add many fees and charges, everything WAY OVERPRICED, like registration fees for their time was $448(no lic required on dirt bike) Freight $498, setup $388 etc. that's $1,334 admin fees added not including sales tax. My Dad purchased an Indian motorcycle from here... Oct. 2014. And everything was great until he took it home and gave it a complete clean and polish... noticed a few things that were under warranty and needed fixing..., the seat stitching is coming undone, and the rim had tool mark scratching and they refuse to service any of it "under warranty"... Too bad he did not check with Yelp... There are 6 reviews "that Yelp" did not recommend... They are worth reading and taking their advice. read more

Bought a preowned yz250f they were asking 5000 for it and after all said and done ended up costing around 7000 because they added a bunch of dealers fees that are normally charged on brand new bikes very disappointed for being ripped off and lied to.wont by from here again.too many sales people needing to make commission so you get attacked when walking in the place.just recently tried to get the bike refinanced because ridenow stuck me with a 16 percent interest rate and the bank says im upside down in the bike by 1800.00 wow ridenow you guys really know how to screw people over never again and ill make sure people know about this. read more
