I just assume give the store a zero rating and not waste my time writing a review. Although after reading the majority of other reviews on yelp I've decided that they were pretty much spot on. This place advertises the hell out of their inventory on cycletrader.com however when you get there the inventory that they advertise is nonexistent. Which in the grand scheme of things is not really the biggest problem... I arrived and witnessed many, many employees, far more employees than customers in the store, milling around. I wandered around through the motorcycles and then to the ATVs and then outside to where the dirt bikes were. After about 25 minutes of aimlessly walking around I decided to exit the building towards my truck. I walked right through five sales guys standing at the entrance just talking... not one of them said hello, can I help you with anything, have a nice day, nothing... Zero communication whatsoever and that goes for the entire 25 minutes that I was walking around the building. Completely and totally ignored! Needless to say after reading all the reviews here and being treated like a ghost in their store, there's no reason for me to return. read more

This place was great, all reps are respectful and very professional but after this incident idk if I will be coming back. I purchased two units from them, 2023 Teryx 1000 4es and a Kayo fox four wheeler for my little brother. Few days passed my little brother was riding the four wheeler as he was turning the corner he lost control of it and flew off of it. I checked the four wheeler, the nut and bolt that holds the shocks and control arm together is completely gone, not like it broke off or anything it seems like it wasn't tighten correctly and the other side is missing a nut. He only rode this four wheeler for a little bit and it's not like his riding it recklessly for the bolts to fall off. Idk how they prep these units after purchase but I'm pretty sure these comes on a crate that they have to assemble if I'm not mistaken. Also they claim the unit is new but it has rust all over it. I called the dealer to let them know about the incident and one of the employee told me that the managers are having a meeting and that they will contact me once there are done, sure. bought a can am outlander in 2022, brand new. First experience was getting a speedometer recall fixed. Brought the atv up for repair. Got it back home and it was never fixed. Had to bring back again to get it fixed again. Not long after that the starter drive goes out. 750 dollars later. Dropped back off and the thing wouldn't start. You would have thouget they would have also realized the battery was shot. Replaced that and not long after it quit running again. Now they want to charge me 1300 to just tear the engine down. I bought a brand new machine so I didn't have to worry about major repairs. I also have an issue with customer service. I heard a young man being rude with a customer. When he got off the phone he blurted out he was a F#cling idiot and storms out. These people not only are rude, but they sell junk and have no clue how to repair these machines. read more

Be careful when dealing with Ride Now. I made a deal for a new dirt bike. However, when I came in to finalize the paperwork and bring my trade, they completely unraveled the deal. As far as selection goes they have it. Salesmen are knowledgeable about their products. That being said. They are very pushy for a sale. Only will talk if you confront them. I had lots of questions about other brands and told them I was shopping and needed info. "Go online and you can get all the info you need" was the response. Last month i saw an ad for an 11 street Bob for 6999. I thought wow that's a great looking bike st a great price. Corresponded through email and phone and finally got back in town and ride over yo check it out. I get there ask for the internet sales in regards to bike we spoke about and it mysteriously sold between closing time the evening before and this morning. Then the manager who is over 25 years Harley experience tries selling me on an 06 street Bob that was so rusted and ratted out it was going to auction! And get this... that rat bike was more than the newer clean bike advertised! I told the manager i wasn't interested even for a straight up trade for my ride. My bike is older with more miles but cleaner and better maintained. The manager and sales assistant basically said my bike was a turd and not worth anything close to that rat auction bike. I mean it was rusted and had wiring exposed and i was actually shocked it even started. So to make matters worse mr. Harley works numbers up and says it will only take a minute since i was in a hurry to leave. I give em a minute and he comes back with numbers over 10 grand out the door acting line he's doing me a favor. I said your kidding right? I just told you i wouldn't even entertain taking my bike riven up for that pos and you track a couple more grand on? He says well this is the first pass no one ever bites at the first pass. Had my 2022 Sea Doo Cruise in their shop for recall work and because two speakers and the GPS did not work. Boat had the B.E.S.T. warranty, so I thought everything would be covered. Their shop told me the GPS did not work and the wiring harness and fuse box was corroded. Ride Now did submit these items to BPR for coverage and all were denied. So much for the B.E.S.T. warranty.... my issue came with the $1600 charge to replace the wire harness, which I paid out of pocket. I ask for the replaced parts after I left and spent 8 hours testing the fuse box and the wiring harness and they were perfect with no issues. The separate harness for the GPS was bad, a $30 part and 10 mins. to install, ($180/hr labor charge) So my cost should have been about $210. Mechanic took the easy way out so I will look elsewhere in the future. By the way, management follow up poor. When you leave, they text you a satification survey. Bought a 2005 Harley Sportster 883 from them a few years back. They were asking $2,999. When the sales rep Don Johnson and business manager Jess Mellon walked up to me with the final price, I started laughing. They wanted an out the door price of $4,865 and some odd cents. I figured $215 tax, $500 for title and paperwork and maybe $100 or so in dealer fees. That leaves another $1,000 extra in dealer fees they tried to tack on. $865 was a so called service charge, even though they couldn't get the bike to start initially and when they did it ran like crap. Anyway, I got the price down to $4,000. Carb needed a rebuild (was leaking gas out the accelerator pump), crank and speed sensors needed replacing, needed tires (11.5 yrs old at the time), ended up doing a top end rebuild with primary. Did a lot more to it too. I enjoy doing that stuff since i'm a mechanic. Giving a poor rating due to Ride Now Ocala having way too much dealer fees and not being honest about the condition and previous service done to the bike. (Don said it was well maintained by a doctor from Gainesville). Bullshit on that, the bike was poorly maintained and I pretty much have gone through and rebuilt everything except the transmission. read more

I went in to see pricing on a Can-Am. New or used. Therly had 2 Ryker 600cc in stock. I paid about $1000 more than I wanted to spend but that is not unusual for any dealership. The young salesman was very nice and newat his job. He got the sales manager involved when they saw I was a viable customer. Yhe following was in rhe bad column Never offered a test drive. Asked if it required a driver license. Manager said no. He said he's been pulled over and never a problem. FDMV has a different opinion. They offer a 2 wheeler only class.Yet Can-am offers a 3 wheel class. I bought the unit and drove it home. Not realizing I could have been arrested with 6 months jail and $500 fine. I am a larger man, the seat was into my coccyx which resulted in a sore back. I went back the next day the dealership gave me a $200 gift card. The new seat cost $299 + tax. They wanted an hour minimum shoo time to install. There is a website from BRP that has videos for installation of purchased items. It took literly 3 minutes to unsnap and snap new seat in. Now I can ride it. The class by Can-am is invaluable to new riders of 3 wheelers. If I don't know the answer to a question, it is better to say "I'm not sure but give me 5 minutes and I will let you know. I am a safe driver per my FDL, qhy doesn't a sales manager know an endorsement to Fl Driver licenses is required by the state? I used Google to research and found right away this was required. The unit sat for over 4 weeks until I could get in a class for $99 and then pay the Tax Collector's office $38.25 dor the endorsement. Machine is fine and a lot of fun. !!!!!!!Avoid this place!!!!!!!! My wife and 2 boys went in here and bought a brand new 2018 CRF 50, a 2006 CRF 50, and a brand new 2018 Polaris Sportsman 570. We got ripped off, they charge a lot of dealer fees, service fees, setups fees. They charged us $500 more for our warranty then they should have. 4 year warranty from Sheffield is $1,300. They charged us $1,800. They lied to us and told us they could do her Polaris for $7,000 out the door, but then came back and said the lender can only lend a minimum of $7,500 and then told us we'd have to get the warranty (which again they jacked the price up). They charged me $500 in fees for my sons "USED" CRF50, and almost $1,000 in fees for my other sons new CRF50. Also they wouldn't even give my wife a discount after all that on her $169 helmet and $40 goggles. I will never go here again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. In fact, avoid this place like the plague. Dakota and Adam were the ones helping me, and I get the sense that they go through a lot of sales people because they have a ton of staff and have to charge extra to support the large overhead. We have the lowest prices in the state of florida and can beat any quote from another dealership. When could I set up a time for you to come in and talk with my sales manger so you can take this bike home?" My reply: "I have a few bikes I'm interested in, lined up. I'm willing to travel out of state for one. I want to handle all the prices over the phone. So I don't waste my time going anywhere." I call BS, because other dealers did it no problem. Clearly she didn't want the sale. I got no response after my reply. But that's just fine, I ended up buying the SAME bike 08/28/18 CASH. Your lost. Why the hell would I waste my time and gas to go anywhere just to talk. I live over 100 miles away. Have your sales manager contact me. That's what phones and email are for. I would rate this place a negative if I could. This place is a joke! They are full of lies and hidden tactics to deceive you with a bait and switch tactics. After driving 3 hours to look at a used Switch they said it had sold , but they had there 23's marked down. So we were placed with a "specialist" salesman and looked at them. He was far from a specialist in fact we knew more than he did just by doing our own research on them , and instead of talking to us about the product we were interested in he showed up personal pics of his dogs. Who really does that??!! After deciding we liked one particular model, we ask to "talk" numbers. They made us sign a form when asked what we were signing they said it was just saying we would buy if we would come to an agreement. We specifically said DO NOT RUN our credit we are just entertaining the idea at the moment. So they bring out this paper that is 3x the price of the boat!!!! WHAT!!! Every fee you could think of added to this thing. Dealer fee, transport fee, build fee, fees for accessories that we were not even told or actually think was part of the boat. They even ran our credit! So do not take their word for what you are signing and read everything carefully yourself. We left and told them we would not be back and that they were very deceitful and needed new sales people to start. After buying numerous toys there and sending numerous other people their way, I took a friend in there yesterday to buy a Northstar. Every was going good until we got into the finance office ot Thomas Ously. We denied the extended warranty and he flipped out and threw a pen across the desk and stormed out of his office. Then went and told all the managers that I was being loud and rude and causing a scene. Thomas Ously then went and told my cousins supervisor(my cousin works there in service) that I was using my cousins discount to retail parts at my business. Leading to my cousin getting fired. I did not retail the parts, they were for personal use and Ridenow policy states that his discount can be used for family. Thomas Ously has worked there for many years. He also knows that I have used the discount for many years. It was never a problem until yesterday when we refused his over priced northstar warranty. When we left we went to Holeshot Powersports and bought the exact same Northstar for $9,000.00 less and got the factory extended warranty for half the price. Thomas Ously actions were uncalled for and then to be vindictive and get my family member fired was unbelievable. In the last 6 months, I personally have sent 5 buyers up there to purchase units from this store. More then over $100,000 in units just from my friends and acquaintances. I will never deal with company again. I am also filing a corporate complaint against Thomas Ously for his actions in his office. He pitched a fit like a child because we refused the extended warranty that he was trying to force on my lady friend that I took there. I will press this matter until I find or have some resolution to this problem. We he did was extremely unprofessional and needs to be addressed by his supervisor. I believe the bike is alright, I rode it home that night 6 miles or so it was cold about 7 PM & windy and a few days later I rode about 10 miles with my brother on his Harley. I'm disappointed in the dealership and will be contacting Tallahassee! It's not buyers remorse I just believe I was scammed and they think their slick buy keeping you 4 to 5 hours , The shuffle with the numbers ect. My 2014 Spyder with 13000 miles began running very poorly about a mile into my ride, I had to be towed home. I trailered the Spyder to Ride Now. Dillon called me the next day and said there was water in the fuel and the spark plugs were fouled. It would cost $630.00 to flush the fuel system and replace 3 spark plugs. I was not happy, and don't believe spark plugs with 13k miles are fouled. I was told I could come pick it up if I didn't want to do it. The labor charge is $170.00 an hour. The manager gave me 10% off, $60. When I got the invoice, it had a charge for a can of Bardahl fuel/water conditioner. Hardly a system flush. I can't say whether the plugs were changed, but I can say they certainly didn't need to be. I will never darken their doorway again, and would caution anyone that does. read more

The worst place I have ever been too! Bought a brand new four wheeler had to take it in before I got 17 hrs put on it due to it not running right had metal shaving and oil in box. Turns out the clutch was bad and then they forgot to order parts had to wait longer for that. Then they had to call the manufacturer just to figure out how to put it back together. 7 months later I got it back and when I got it back the lights were disconnected and I only got to drive it 100 yards from the trailer to the shed and by the time I got to the shed to park it, the temp gauge started flashing. It was over heated fan will not kick on... I will never come here again. Y'all need to do better... read more
