    I know it's petty but how it rained on it /3 I wanted to get it dirty on my terms.

    I got a brand new 2025 canam. Super happy and thank god I got the 4 year warranty. Otherwise couple weeks later noticed it was leaking took it in radiator cap was open and they asked me if I messed with it. FYI my first off-road vehicle all I know is how to put gas in it otherwise I don't know anything about anything. They handled that and it was free of charge. Showed me where it was and I'm glad they took care of me since it's under my brother in laws name. My only issue was that they left it outside and it got rained on. I know it's an off-road and ment to get dirty but I was waiting till I wanted too because we bought 2 at the same time and even my sister told me once it gets dirty it never shine the same. So I was waiting till the end of the year to get it dirty. Mind me I drove it off the lot with 2 miles straight to my garage. So that's my reason for 4/5 stars. Otherwise I been treated great. Idk the sales man's name and sorry for being descriptive he looks Italian skinny and tall, Treated me and my family great and took care of us even the sales manager hooked us up since we spent all day there and purchased 2 canams. I've also been there multiple times for parts/services and they do amazing. Shoutout to the whole team

    I go to purchase some tires for my DS650 and the wait wasn't to bad. I was told to head in and they would install tires that day because I live across town and don't want to return. Employee was nice and went back and asked if they could do the install and the agreed to since it's just a quick install for 2 front tires. As we walk out, we spot a 2013 Honda 400ex for $4999 and my son tells me he likes it so we go take a quick look then walk out. I call maybe 15-20m after we leave and sales person tells us to wait to do anything cause they are about to close but they will hold for us. I call Tuesday and make arrangements to show up Thursday to take a look and purchase it, employee tells us ok see you then. We show up early Thursday and I guess someone has put some money down but no 1 told us that we could do that or called us. Manager tells his employee to tell us that they can't do anything since money was put down so we leave. Manager doesn't even have the curtesy to come out and apologize to us for that's issue # 1. Few weeks later I place a order for the back set of tires for my DS650 and guy takes my info 7-2-22 and tells me my tires will be here the 8th and they will mount them for free cause it's purchased here. It's now 7-15-22 no calls or emails so I call and find out tires have been there since the 9th but no has called me. I was told employee has been out but no 1 else can call or email me?? I guess not. Now I was told to come early 7-16-22 and tires will be mounted for us free and quick since it's just the back tires only. So I send my son and he shows up around 9-10am then told to drop off and they will be done by 2pm. It's now past 4pm and still no call but I'll call in a bit I guess to check for a update. I call and they say about 35-45 minutes still. I ended up getting my tires maybe around 510pm. I would have to say bad communication and poor service due to making us wait even more for install. 35 minutes drive each way to drop off and pick up so more then 2 hours wasted for tires so that's issues # 2 & 3 now. Sales, manager and service need some better communication with each other. Sales employee was misinformed of the time about install or if they had work ahead of my tires. Manager should be out more checking if work is being done or if those tires laying there belong to anyone. Service department in back treated us well but I still think 2 tires shouldn't of taken 7 hours to install so that falls on manager or front office for bad scheduling. That quad should of been my sons 1st quad and not sure why any other employee or manager can't give a curtesy call for any issue that occur. I needed those tires by the 10th installed and ready to go for a trip and the 400ex would of been great to have also for this trip. Not sure if I will be back or recommend this place. *Service Department- I give a 8 for being polite *Front employee on phone - I give a 5 for bad communication and scheduling *Manager - I give a 3 for bad service assistance and poor in person customer service for no apology for that sale behind our backs I'm not sure if I would return or recommend

    A little bit of mixed feelings on this review...hence the 4 instead of 5 stars…read more This will be a long one though, so be prepared for some reading. BF motorcycle and he dropped it on the side and broke the foot peg mount, so back to the shop it goes. He had some scratches on that side and a broken directional that we bought a replacement for and didn't put it on yet. We brought it to these guys, the only ones we trust that do the job right. The BF gave them a whole list of things to fix. The brake rotors, foot peg mount, paint all of the scrapes on the fairings and put in the directional and he wanted his wheels painted red now to match the rest of the bike. If I can get a picture of the bike, I will attach it later. It is a 1991 Kawasaki ZX-11 Ninja we had painted white with red accents and put a lot of work into it. That year was black and rose and he didn't like those colors. It took the shop weeks to find a foot peg mount. The cost for just the wheels to be painted was $600. Another $200 for the touch up painting. We put down $800. We got a call the fork seals were leaking, another $200 and they said the battery also needed replacing..grrrrrr that happens when it sits not running for months, the battery was less than 1-2 yrs old and was fine when we dropped it off..they should've disconnected it or put a trickle charger on it.. Weeks later, we came up with $1000 to put toward the total cost..the total after the $800 was another $2400 and change but he said "for cash price, it will be $2200 for you guys since you are such good customers". When I wanted to drive to pay the $1000 cash, my car starter went out. I called and made a cc/dc payment over the phone. I talked the owner into the cash price when I paid the remaining amount of $2200 cash. For some reason, we didn't get a receipt or ask for one. I guess we were too excited to get it back and I made sure they didn't charge for storage to get the full amt paid to get it out. Total price was $3000. That's a lot of money!...The day finally came...We went to pay for the bike not noticing it was outside by the front ready to go. Beautiful, perfect, OMG the wheels, etc.....wait..........OMG, the seat has a tear in the material...BF not good with confrontation. I ran inside and no one was at the front. I got the mechanic that worked on the bike to go outside. He shrugged it off, saying the cost cracked it since it is older material! Those cold frosty nights in the 30's temps must've did it. He tried to find me a place that would give us a good price on the upholstery, but couldn't find it, he just said the area on the other side of town where it is located. ???Why didn't anyone call us as soon as they saw the tear to ask if they could get a quote on a price or at least let us know it happened????Couldn't they have prevented it by covering the seat and isn't it temp controlled in the shop or was it left outside? Aren't they partially responsible for the cost? We decided on an expensive future option of having it recovered in red instead of black anyway. Not happy at all about this though. WHY would a reputable shop that did such beautiful work and we spent so much money let this go without taking at least partial responsibility, even if they say it is old and act like it was just an "Act of God"??? If I were the owner, I wouldn't let this perfect experience become bitter sweet for my customer. I put duct tape over it and am still disappointed to this day. BF doesn't want me to call them to complain since he wants them to fix the transmission for the gear that sticks 2nd) and doesn't want to "ruffle feathers". If you read this whole story, let me know what you think.
