WAAAAAY OVERPRICED!!! I called for an out-the-door quote on a KLX300 listed for $5,106. After the $250 military rebate, the bike should've been $4,856. The quote I got? $7,800. That's $2,994 in taxes, title, registration, and dealership fees--meaning only 45.6% of what I'm paying is actually for the bike. To put it in perspective, using the same math, a $20,000 motorcycle from this dealership would end up costing $30,880. Taxes alone are only $303--so where's the rest coming from? The only reason this isn't zero stars is that Sebastian, the guy who answered the phone, was polite and helpful. Ridiculous!!! read more

The sales experience was awful, especially being new to the area. I responded to an online ad and was contacted by someone I assumed was a salesperson. When I arrived at the store and notified him I was there, he immediately handed me off to another salesperson without much introduction. The second salesperson jumped straight into discussing a trade-in. I told him I did not want to trade in my motorcycle. Right after that, he handed me a credit application. I told him he was moving too fast because I wanted to explore my options first. Although I liked the first Slingshot I saw in the showroom, I knew there were other models posted online at different store locations, and I wanted to compare them. He did not pressure me aggressively, but his attitude came across as, "What's the problem?" Yes, I was interested in purchasing one, but I wanted options and something that fit within my budget. He then told me they would need to run a hard credit pull for each vehicle I wanted to consider. To me, that was a concern because hard inquiries can impact a credit score. He never really went over the machine, its features, or what I was looking for. His main focus seemed to be getting me to fill out the application rather than understanding my needs and budget. Then another individual approached me without introducing himself. Based on my experience, I could tell he was the finance manager because he already had my application in hand. Again, there was no proper introduction. He simply presented numbers such as the out-the-door price, down payment, APR, and monthly payment. He also stated that another credit pull would not impact my score since I had already been approved through the manufacturer's bank. That contradicted what the salesperson previously told me, so the salesperson was at least partially incorrect. When I told the finance manager the payments were too high and outside my budget, he went back and returned with different numbers, but they were still higher than what I could afford. I explained that I needed time to think about it and discuss it with my wife, especially since it was already approaching closing time. As I was leaving, the second salesperson approached me again and asked for my decision. I told him the same thing -- that I needed time to think about it. He said he would contact me the next business day, which would have been Tuesday, but he never called. I bought a ZX6R from these guys yesterday. I worked with Yahaira, Ty, Ben, and John (and a great mechanic whose name I don't know, but deserves a raise). I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with RideNow. I waited 37 years to buy a motorcycle and my first bike I bought a few months ago was stolen. I've been searching everywhere for a bike that reminded me of how I set up my first bike. I was about to fly across the country and ride home to Tempe to get something like this. But then I found a new listing for a pre-owned ZX6R in Tucson that had a lot of the same mods I had just spent all my money on in 2024. The bike had some issues that required RideNow to put a ton of effort into getting it ready to sell me. They spent the entire day yesterday working on this thing. I am so grateful for the time and effort the technician(s) spent to get this bike ready. I was impressed in the short time I got to speak to the technician. He knew I planned to ride it across the desert once it was ready and made it clear he was going to do everything he could to make sure I'd make it home. Once it was ready to go, knowing I had a long ride ahead, Ben double checked that I actually knew how to ride a motorcycle before letting me leave. I thought it was hilarious and I also really appreciated it. I felt every staff member I interacted with genuinely cared about me as a customer and rider. As soon as I got on the bike, I stalled it lol.. but I want the RideNow team to know I did make it back home safely with no other issues :) Please thank the mechanic for me who worked so hard to make sure this thing would get me home. I live 45 minutes away, so I scheduled a test ride online, which was followed up by a confirmation e-mail. When I arrived, the test drive guy said he wasn't expecting me. I showed him my confirmation. He came back, and said the ride was not available because I didn't confirm via phone call. That requirement was never mentioned prior, AND I had a confirmation email. I asked, can we still do it? He said "not today". I drove 45 minutes each way just to be turned away. Do not shop here. I told them they not only lost a sale, but any future business with me. I got a brand new 2025 canam. Super happy and thank god I got the 4 year warranty. Otherwise couple weeks later noticed it was leaking took it in radiator cap was open and they asked me if I messed with it. FYI my first off-road vehicle all I know is how to put gas in it otherwise I don't know anything about anything. They handled that and it was free of charge. Showed me where it was and I'm glad they took care of me since it's under my brother in laws name. My only issue was that they left it outside and it got rained on. I know it's an off-road and ment to get dirty but I was waiting till I wanted too because we bought 2 at the same time and even my sister told me once it gets dirty it never shine the same. So I was waiting till the end of the year to get it dirty. Mind me I drove it off the lot with 2 miles straight to my garage. So that's my reason for 4/5 stars. Otherwise I been treated great. Idk the sales man's name and sorry for being descriptive he looks Italian skinny and tall, Treated me and my family great and took care of us even the sales manager hooked us up since we spent all day there and purchased 2 canams. I purchased a $50,000 Pro R at this place only three months ago. It is stock, no accessories. It's been sitting in my garage because it's too hot to ride right now. I went to start it today and was surprised the battery was totally dead. I tried charging it overnight but come to find out the battery is bad. I have a genius charger and it's telling me it's sulfated, it's a bad battery, nothing I did just a bad battery. It happens, I know a lot about batteries. Found out that Polaris does not warranty batteries, how cheap and screwed up is that. I called them and basically got nowhere. Profit before people will never work for me. Extremely deceptive business. Went to buy 2 jetskis and trailer on sale for total of - $28,000. When given final price totaled - $44,000. They added overr 500 each for title and registration, 600 for GPS, 500 for lifetime battery, 1,700 for dealer prep (removing from box, taking off shrink-wrap, putting oil in, and starting), 1,500 for jetski trailer assembly (putting 8 screws in bunks, 2 tires on and 8 bolts for hand winch). Do yourself a favor and go to Phoenix area for better prices for same product. I went to Kelly's Kawasaki in Mesa and purchased same skis without trailer for $6,000 less. Lost my business for life. I go to purchase some tires for my DS650 and the wait wasn't to bad. I was told to head in and they would install tires that day because I live across town and don't want to return. Employee was nice and went back and asked if they could do the install and the agreed to since it's just a quick install for 2 front tires. As we walk out, we spot a 2013 Honda 400ex for $4999 and my son tells me he likes it so we go take a quick look then walk out. I call maybe 15-20m after we leave and sales person tells us to wait to do anything cause they are about to close but they will hold for us. I call Tuesday and make arrangements to show up Thursday to take a look and purchase it, employee tells us ok see you then. We show up early Thursday and I guess someone has put some money down but no 1 told us that we could do that or called us. Manager tells his employee to tell us that they can't do anything since money was put down so we leave. Manager doesn't even have the curtesy to come out and apologize to us for that's issue # 1. Few weeks later I place a order for the back set of tires for my DS650 and guy takes my info 7-2-22 and tells me my tires will be here the 8th and they will mount them for free cause it's purchased here. It's now 7-15-22 no calls or emails so I call and find out tires have been there since the 9th but no has called me. I was told employee has been out but no 1 else can call or email me?? I guess not. Now I was told to come early 7-16-22 and tires will be mounted for us free and quick since it's just the back tires only. So I send my son and he shows up around 9-10am then told to drop off and they will be done by 2pm. It's now past 4pm and still no call but I'll call in a bit I guess to check for a update. I call and they say about 35-45 minutes still. I ended up getting my tires maybe around 510pm. I would have to say bad communication and poor service due to making us wait even more for install. 35 minutes drive each way to drop off and pick up so more then 2 hours wasted for tires so that's issues # 2 & 3 now. Sales, manager and service need some better communication with each other. Sales employee was misinformed of the time about install or if they had work ahead of my tires. Manager should be out more checking if work is being done or if those tires laying there belong to anyone. Service department in back treated us well but I still think 2 tires shouldn't of taken 7 hours to install so that falls on manager or front office for bad scheduling. That quad should of been my sons 1st quad and not sure why any other employee or manager can't give a curtesy call for any issue that occur. I needed those tires by the 10th installed and ready to go for a trip and the 400ex would of been great to have also for this trip. Bought a used motorcycle a little while ago. When I first bought it they overfilled the oil to a point where it was burping out of the intake. Let it go as an honest mistake and they fixed it. Noticed it was eating through oil and decided to give it an oil change and large metal chunks were in the oil. Do NOT EVER buy from this dealership. I was told the engine was in perfect running condition, but the rod bearings sitting in my oil pan say otherwise. Insanely shady business practices. After browsing the floor for 15 minutes checking out their 600's without anyone coming up to me, I sought out a sales guy and tried to ask a pretty simple question about a bike I would possibly trading in. Before I could finish my question the guy gets a phone call and says "hold up I gotta take this" and walks away. He gave me a crooked look like I was stupid and says "yeah we don't sell Harleys here." Only if he would have let me finish what I was trying to ask would he have known that I would have been trading in that bike and buying a new one full in cash. Best part was he wanted to go pow wow with his buddy in the back of the store (in clear view) and completely disregard me. My best advice for anyone in the market is go check out the Ina location. Took our side by side in January 22, 2021 and received it back 3 months and 5 days later WITH ONLY one of of the three requested repairs completed. Obviously we do not have another 3 months to wait to have these other repairs addressed so we took our "ball and went home." We understand there is a high demand for these services in Tucson right now so we expected a longer-than-normal wait to have it repaired but 3+ months.... It is important to mention throughout the process we were given numerous completion dates, all of which they failed to meet. They will never receive our business again. read more

All of the RideNow dealerships have ridiculous fee structures ($600 for doc fees? Seriously?), but these folks don't even respond to inquiries about their bikes. I emailed several times - got back an auto response from the manager and eventually a short response from the internet sales specialist (Alexandra) but she never followed up on my requests for information. I followed up with her to try to get a response and got nothing. It was like they were trying not to make a sale. I won't bother to even look at a listing from any RideNow in the future. Added a star. Ride Now East is the best place to price match tires. Sometimes they cannot get the best price but it is often very close and they will still mount the tire when it comes in. They have a great selection of different new and used bikes and off road vehicles. Parts department is a little limited, but the essentials are there. Plenty of riding apparel. They also have a reward program, which expires every calendar year, so I have missed out. You can also create a profile on their site to track your orders and services. Only issues I have had is sometimes (2 out of 10) employees are talking and not noticing, one time (out of 5) the tire was mounted backwards, and the service department will not work on BMW motorcycles. Finally I like any of the Ride Now Events that they have. They are good times to chat and visit. read more

Would NOT recommend RideNow to anyone! Under no circumstances should anyone tolerate this place. We took our Polaris quad in for a gas leak. They said it would be ready on Friday. They called us on Friday afternoon to say that the carburetor needed to be rebuilt. Cost: over $500 and they needed $90 up front to pay for the parts. That sounded a little steep. We checked online and found new and rebuilt Polaris carburetors for $35 - $70. When we called to say that we were going to replace it ourselves, Oscar told us that there would be a $170 charge to diagnose the problem. Are you kidding? I called and talked to Robert, the service manager, who told me that he was sorry I couldn't afford to have my quad repaired. Rude and arrogant. I explained that we felt as if we were being seriously overcharged for the diagnostic and he compared the cost of the diagnostic to going seeing the doctor. Really? Interestingly, the quad would not start at all when we took it in. When we picked it up, the service person started it up and drove it onto the trailer. How'd that happen? Needless to say, I will never refer or send or do any business with this dealership. read more

Very good buying experience although it took longer than it should have. Very good and knowledgeable staff.

The issue I had was with my dirt bike all it was was a tube change for the front tire to be replaced. About an hour went by when they came out after working on my bike and said it would be ready in a few minutes. After about 15-20 minutes the service person came out and said my back tire was also flat which is untrue considering I rode it there and just aired up the front tire since the shop is right around the corner. So I told him this and his response was the technician seen it as they took it in to get my front tire replaced so my response was well you came out and told me it was almost ready and didn't tell me till after the fact. He asked if I would like them to fix it and I was a little baffled about this since they new I rode it there and I asked why they didn't tell me or see the initial problem before they even started on my bike so it costed me double what I initially thought and my question was did they change the wrong tire and then see that the front went flat in the process and then changed me for their mistake on my bike. So this is the first issue. After agreeing to let them finish of coarse what choice did I have I left to run some errands and was called back about an hour later. Upon my return they informed me that the technician couldn't get my bike started and I was a little confused because doesn't this guy do this for a living so I got on my bike and tried to start it and it was flooded so it took a minute but in the process my kickstarted miss functioned and it didn't think nothing of it but none the less of got my bike started and I restarted it a little later and my kickstart did it again so I have no idea what they did to my bike and I would of liked to ask them but based on there performance on doing a simple tire tube change and then not being able to get my bike started I figured it would be a waste of time and only aggravate me further so now I have to load my bike on a trailer take it to my regular mechanic and have him figure it out. I really hope nothing further is wrong with my bike and I was very disappointed in the service I received. read more
