Had an appointment with Luis for June 19. We arrived on time only to be told Luis took the day off for a birthday party. Sales person who helped us, told us that the vehicle we came to look at was already in the process of being purchased. He was told what we could afford, so he shows us a car that was well above our price point. We said no. He then said he was going to make sure the vehicle we wanted was actually purchased and lo and behold, the purchase did not go through. Went for a test drive, and started the purchase process. He gave us a quote that was almost 200.00 per month over what we said we could afford, with a 9.99% interest rate because my son had never purchased a vehicle before, even though he has an "excellent" credit rating.
