When my husband arrived in the morning, they were busy, so they made an 11:00 am appointment. Within 5 minutes of arrival, they had our car jacked up. We mentioned that we had more driving ahead of us and that we were in town for a wedding that same day. Their service was outstanding and we drove away 30 minutes later with a fixed tire. About 10 minutes after we left, they called us back and asked us to return so they could ensure all our luggage nuts were properly tightened. The gentleman knew we had a lot more miles to put on those tires and he wanted to be sure we'd be safe during the rest of our journey, which I greatly appreciate.
