Update: After getting the attention of management staff I received a call from Ryan who listened to what we went through and the reason for the bad review. I finished the ceiling myself and needed it to be painted again. Ryan promptly sent out experienced painters who rolled the kitchen ceiling and it looks good. Most importantly they compensated us for almost 4 weeks of chaos in our house because of the kitchen ceiling issue. My Wife and I really appreciate the focused attention from Ryan to making things right and compensating us for the inconvenience after the leak. Being 65 and retired from over 30 years in contracting and home remodeling we decided to try "The 1-2 day bathroom remodel companies." I no longer wanted to spend hours on my knees re-doing our tub/shower into a shower only bathroom. I am retired and on a fixed income and this was a major expense that is now the worst home investment we have EVER MADE. 2 days after they completed our shower a leak occurred in our kitchen which is directly below our shower. So I went into the ceiling to find an active leak on the hot water side at the PEX to Copper connection. So we had to shut the water off to the house for 2-1/2 days before Brett could send his guy to repair the leak. We now had an approx. 4'x 10' section of Kitchen ceiling which was now ruined. His exact words were " We have a sheetrock guy who can hang new sheetrock and blend in the existing Stipple finish in your Kitchen." NOTHING was further from the truth. His crew has never Stippled in their entire lives. We now had a 4" x 10" section of my Kitchen ceiling which looked like crap. High blend spots and a 5' ridge line where the new sheetrock patched in the existing ceiling. I called Brett and sent several pictures and 2 videos of the ongoing leak and then pics of the "finished" crappy job his crew did. So I told him that I would sand the entire patch down and start from scratch and re-stipple the kitchen myself. It was obvious that Ridgeline is a hack company who doesn't give a crap about customers, doing a job worthy of the massive cost or maintaining a good reputation. So after buying joint compound, stipple brush, plastic, tape and 80 grit sand paper I began to repair this botched job. We are now at 3+ weeks of chaos, joint compound dust in 4 rooms and having a Kitchen in total disarray. Ridgeline HAS COMPENSATED US EXACTLY $0.0 FOR THIS MASSIVE INCONVENIENCE ! They should be ashamed as to how they take advantage of customers 65 yrs old and on a fixed budget just trying to complete some home updates. read more

I am so pleased with the service and professionalism that we received from the staff at Ridgeline Floors. Brett, our project manager came out immediately to give us a quote for our project, which was detailed and very fairly priced. We scheduled for the following week. Andre and Gustavo did a great job with the install, with Brett coming by to check to make sure everything was going smoothly and to our liking. We have had many experiences with flooring installation in the past and we have never had such a pleasant experience as we had with Ridgeline. Our experience with Ridgeline Floors was great. Travis arrived on time, gathered our measurements and we had a quote in our inbox before he left. After that, communicating with Tom was incredibly easy to set up our install. Tom was on time and laid down our floors beautifully. He really took the time to review the grain to make sure there was a nice look before gluing them down. Quarter round was also installed and met our expectations. Now, our engineered hardwoods in the bedrooms match the rest of the house. We would absolutely recommend them due to their efficiency and excellent communication. read more

Maybe we just got unlucky because I saw great reviews on Google, but I'm not pleased with the experience we had. We had Ridgeline install laminate floors for us in our entryway, formal dining, and living area. The area is adjacent to a tiled area. When they were ripping up the old flooring to be replaced they cracked one of the tiles that was being left. We weren't pleased when it happened, but the project manager assured us that their tile guy would come fix it. Ok fine. The rest of the installation went ok and the laminate does look nice. One of the threshold pieces is slightly askew and not lined up exactly right. They installed white quarter rounds around the fireplace where the laminate went in, which I wasn't expecting and wasn't thrilled with (was expecting thresholds that matched the laminate color around the fireplace tile) but ok, maybe that was my fault for miscommunication. So the tile guy eventually comes out and we agree that since it's old tile and we don't have any replacement tiles, he will repair the grout with some that matches the existing grout, and then use grout that matches the tile color on the part that is cracked in the tile itself. He said he would come back next week and we never heard from him. My husband had to follow up multiple times but he came out to do the repair. Unfortunately he left before I could get a look at it, but the repair doesn't look like what we agreed on. He only used one color of grout, which is way lighter than the existing grout and doesn't match, so you can definitely clearly see the tile is cracked and was repaired (poorly). Wish I could add a picture but it's pretty noticeable that it got cracked and regrouted and you can tell exactly where the new grout stops because of the discrepancy in color. So overall, while I do like the look of our laminate, our tile was cracked and not repaired to my satisfaction (or what we had agreed on) and it took a lot of follow up to get that subpar repair completed. They were always friendly in our interactions, but at a certain point I want to be done with this and am not going to continue to follow up over and over again until this is handled properly. Offered 0 discount for our experience. Wouldn't use them again and wouldn't recommend. read more
