The amazing thing is how compassiate he is the work. During the initial visit, he took me for a ride, literally, to other sites he finished. All looked fantastic. I hired the company and he finished the chimney in one day, replacing the underside, which did not exist. They perfectly color matched the house and did a wonderful job cleaning up. He followed up later with a phone call, asking how please I was with the work. I told him that he could bring anybody by to look at the work and compared the house to the chimney. One year and a half later, I called him again for roofing and siding, the whole house. He again whisked me away, to the exact same places. So you know there is no BS in where he worked. I hired him for both again, comparing him with other companies. The rook was finished in one day, cleaned up and all. The siding took nearly two weeks. Siding work is messy, so expect that. I did not. In any case, they worked with me in my daily inspections of the work. If saw something, they corrected it. I had some screens riped. They replaced. I asked to replace the house siding inside my porch. They replaced. NO extra charge. Lastly, he is reasonably priced. I checked. He, again, followed up after the job. Never heard back on Friday so I called on Monday and spoke to Jana who was apologetic and said she would talk to her husband and call me right back. Well today is Wednesday and no call back. Business must be good if they don't even call you back. If they told me they were too busy to take on the job, I would respect them more and actually leave them a better review but when a business does not respect their own word, how can I respect them or want to do business with them. The video showed everything wrong, both inside and out. We goy 2 estimates: 1 to fix the current issue and 1 that fixed the issues on all 3 dormers, as well as some cracked wood on the dormer front, which needed replacing. We selected fix all, and they came the next day to fix the inside leaks. Since it was raining off and on, it took a few days before they could finish the outside, but they kept in touch with us the whole time. The outside job took all day and they did a beautiful job. Slight downgrade on this update. The repairs already wore out from the weather. The boards are…read morealready cracking. I had to repaint and caulk all of their repairs this past week. Did it myself. Made a big mess but I didn't want to wait for them to return. Attached a photo of one of the boards. Repainted all of the repairs with the paint they left. That's when I noticed the watery paint. A good quality latex isn't that watery. The gutters were replaced with leaf barriers in 2017 so that isn't an issue. I think they just tried to save money on the paint job.
