I had trusted the company to do the job right. Thankfully I have a licensed contractor in the family who took one look at the job Roof Geeks did and spotted deficiencies. Had I not had that, the job that Roof Geeks performed would have left the gutters vulnerable to damage and malfunction. Very disappointing. They did come out and fix the deficiencies immediately, which is why they are getting two stars instead of one. But a $4k job should have been done right by a company which claims to be experts in the field.

The team was friendly and professional, cleaning up debris around the house daily and making sure the gate to our backyard was securely closed. But a few thousand is a few thousand, We are a budget family, only have one provider, my wife, I am on full Disability, so I try to help her with any thing I can, sometimes it hard due to my chronic pain, really takes it out of it, but she is Amazing.. Because I'm short on time and finding reliable vendors is a hassle, I called him again when I needed roof work on a third rental property. Communication over the phone was so so. He often talks to other people while on a client call or interrupts a call if someone else is calling him. It felt rude and, most importantly, like my time wasn't being respected. What really prompted me to write this review is his comment that he won't leave his driveway without a $100 service call. I already agreed to pay $395 for a full roof maintenance service, which should include inspecting the roof for any issues. Asking for an additional fee on top of that feels like he's trying to take advantage. Proper maintenance work should uncover problems without a separate service call charge. Overall, I wouldn't recommend him if you value honesty, transparency, and respect for your time.

Brazil team came over multiple times and stayed diligent from start to finish. They sourced the issue. Gave me an honest quote and tips on repairing the water stained areas on my ceiling.
