We called them when we got home, and they said that they would handle it. We were the first people they called the next morning, and they were in our garage by noon. They fixed the issue immediaty. ***Note*** This is just one horror story of many I have regarding the truck I purchased from Ridley Auto Sales, Inc. Michael Ridley is a liar and scam artist. Think twice before buying anything from Ridley Auto Sales. I regret the decision to buy from this place. I bought my truck from them in February 2022 and have had nothing but problems with it. It stays messed up in the shop more than it does on the road (My family and I have been stranded on the side of the road more than we can count). It's now November 2022 and the truck needs a new motor. I babied that truck and did maintenance on it like you're supposed to do, and repaired what needed repairing. But, despite taking care of it and keeping the oil changed on schedule, more and more repairs kept cropping up. I've been without a vehicle for 2 weeks (this time because now, my truck needs a new motor which is between $10,000-$20,000 to replace, that's more than the truck is even worth. Honestly, these ppl are criminals for selling these junk trucks and passing them off as good vehicles. These ppl need to be put in their place and their business license ripped from them. We all are given the choice of how we want our lives to be defined by others and how we ourselves define our own lives. More often than not, sadly, those definitions are grossly different. It's evident you have chosen to portray yourself to others as a trustworthy person, but that could not be further from the truth. You've chosen to build a career on manipulation, deception, and thievery. You've also convinced your own son to follow in your demeritorious footsteps. You've been caught and fined by the state for your dishonest business dealings and continue to carry on as if nothing has ever happened. Though you may not be rolling back the numbers on an odometer anymore (I highly doubt), you certainly pursue ways to pull off your scam without being caught. To sum it up, they lie about their trucks. Do not trust what they say. Now here's the long version. Went there to look at 2005 6.0 powerstroke. It was listed as bulletproofed which if you don't know that that means, the engine in the truck when it was made has 5 major issues. To be bulletproofed you need 4/5 fixed or replaced. They said that 2/5 had been done and had no paper work to back it up. I told them that it did not meet the requirements to be called bulletproofed. Without the truck being bulletproofed it books for 10K they were asking 20. They said that everyone has a different definition of bulletproofed. I said well I'll give you 15k out the door.
