One employee, I believe her name is Caroline, goes above and beyond in providing awesome customer service. You can be sure your shopping needs will be met and questions will get answered. She is the one eager to walk the extra mile and will even help you load your vehicle. She certainly deserves a raise. As far as prices go I'd say they are not too much above everyone else to drive across town and to settle for mediocre customer service. I mean I knew few people who would spend extra 30 minutes to save extra $0.30, but, assuming time also has value it is not worth the hassle. They didn't even fill my wiper fluid, which on the paperwork says it was completed. They're lying con artists. (lack of cashiers, self checkouts not working) I'm unsure why you even put in self checkout.. it's 90% not usable ( errors, closed, or no one around to clear the screens... all of your best staff over 2.5 yrs have left to other establishments, I see and talk to them in town. You need to re think your management, treat your cashiers and stockers better. For being a "family owned business" it seems you're only about money and not your workers as you allow the upper management to treat them like trash, and cut their hours it's appalling.
