Called again 30-45 mins later and demanded the prompter give me someone. He answers and tells me I should have never received a text message with a window. I said well I did and you guys didn't meet that expectation. I demanded the first appointment in the morning so I did not risk missing a second day of work waiting on them. The gentleman quoted me $1,695 in labor, as all the parts would be reused just refitted. I left work early, drove down there, disassembled, cleaned, and refitted them myself in 45 minutes. Duke came out inspected and turned the gas on. $1,695 for 45 minutes of work is disgraceful. You are taking advantage of people. I will be watching and reporting if you try to take my review down.
