But none felt confident, they all rushed to conclusions without a proper diagnosis. Vadym stood out by taking the time. He thoroughly examined the fridge and, when the issue persisted, he consulted his network instead of guessing. Eventually, he figured out the noise was caused by the condenser pipe and water pipe being too close, which caused vibration when the compressor kicked in. In the end, he fixed it. What I truly appreciated was his commitment, he didn't rush to a quick guess; he invested time, asked for input, and returned until it was resolved. The emergency door latch for a Samsung front load washer is not located in front but below the top lid. And the dryer was stacked on top of the washer. And the stacked machines were in a tiny storage closet in a tiny powder room. I called them and they arranged for two people to come. They showed up, said they would do their best, and the best they did. They tried a couple of things, then just decided to brute force moving the dryer out, placed it gently on a blanket in the hallway, popped open the top of the washer, unjammed the latch, and then put everything back. I didn't even see them move the dryer! They didn't ding the doorway or walls. To emphasize, this kind of maneuvering in a tight space is something most contractors and movers wouldn't even attempt. I thought I needed to get someone to remove the powder room sink completely so we could take the washer out for repair. At the end of it, they charged me a fair price for the back-breaking work they did. They kindly advised me to not overload my washer again. They are my heroes.

They carry the standard self cleaning range and their new steam cleaning one. The steam cleaning range costs a bit more and you have to use bottled or distilled water - not tap. I don't have water service and I don't want to go to the trouble of obtaining distilled water so we got the cheaper self cleaning range (water and 409 will do the trick). They don't upsell you. They let you make up your own mind. I also bought a Buffalo rice cooker. It has a stainless steel pot which is pretty heavy (not the cheap aluminum ones you find at the stores nor is it coated with teflon). They kicked in a set of knives, veggie cleaver and a hot water pot for free. It took about a month for my range to come in but once it did, they called me and let me know what time they would be at the house (between 10 - 12 PM on a Saturday). The guy actually came on 10 AM. He dismantled my old range and installed the new one without any problems. It took him about 30 minutes to do this. He also hauled the old one away for free. Minus one star for not cleaning up after himself after the installation. He had to drill a bigger hole in my cabinet that connects to the exhaust pipe because my previous range had a smaller hole. He left wood scraps from the drilling all over my stove and counters. That was a bear to clean! I'm happy with the range. It's strong enough that the fire alarm, that sits in my kitchen, doesn't scream every time I cook.
