Never showed up, no calls. then tried calling Friday, Monday, and Tuesday with leaving messages when they should have been answering. Had to get my Doctor involved, to find out they were not able to make it. When they did come out the professional nurse they sent acted like a new nurse. Seeing an issue backed off and was freaking out, they should not freak out in front of the client they are working on. A different home care is better and any nurse would be better then this company. Talked to a few professional nurses and they said, "this one has never worked in the er, a new nurse that got a cushiony job hoping for easy work."

I just had my second appointment for Physical Therapy in my home! So who could ask for anything…read moremore?! But my physical therapist is awesome , and even though there is discomfort, she helps me through it and gently pushes me. Big difference from other times I've gone and hurt myself trying to do what the therapist said and trying to keep up with others. I can see where this will be a positive experience and I'm hopeful to get out of this painful hole I'm in. My Physical Therapist is Luba.. She's professional, empathic , and has great guidance. I never would have thought my insurance would cover it, but it is and im extremely grateful.

Blood pressure machine didn't work, yet somehow recorded a BP that showed up in his report a month after my initial visit. In his report I was recorded as retired, nope I'm full time employed, he recorded I was on Medicare, nope BCBS, he reported I lived in a multilevel house nope wrong again, I live in a ranch. The worst of all he recorded I had my right knee replaced, NOPE IT WAS MY LEFT KNEE. I have been fighting back and forth between BCBS and Luna if I'm covered. I get yes, no, yes, no depends on the day I call. After first visit I was basically blown off for second visit and delayed for 3rd. I contacted my surgeon and dumped Luna, went to Team Rehab. Team Rehab is FANTASTIC, no question I'd go there and have recommended to many people. I'd never recommend Luna.

Alicia went above and beyond by alerting me to things happening at Mom's and Mom's surroundings and always wanted to keep Mom safe. If it was something small like her slippers were worn, or how she was eating, or something that just didn't feel right she didn't hesitate to let me know. Her heart is huge and her smile even bigger.
