Ordinarily an Aberdeen caregiver is scheduled to be with my cousin just a few mornings per week, and there was no one on duty last Friday when some visiting neighbors became concerned that she was unwell and phoned Aberdeen for help. The Aberdeen Case Manager, Diana Shepherd, promptly rushed over to my cousin's house to check and take care of her. Diana then stayed with my cousin until she could arrange for Aberdeen caregivers to stay with her 24/7 until the health crisis passed. I appreciate that it was not easy to find caregivers on such short notice, and am grateful to those kind caregivers who rearranged their schedules during this busy holiday season just to be with my cousin. I live four hours away, so having this dedicated team in place means the world to me, and gives me great peace of mind. I cannot say enough good things about Aberdeen, and Diana and her wonderful caregivers!

After a short hospital stay which disrupted both her diet and memory, Mom needed hands-on help until a room was available in assisted living. It was such a blessing to have Emily G. and Julie R. as the aides Caroline assigned. They pureed her meals, reminded her to take medications, provided mental stimulation and even some physical exercise. One or the other of the aides was in her apartment 7 hours a day 7 days a week for 10 weeks. the care they provided was in every way exceptional and the genuine respect they showed was wonderful since she had already lost so much. And finally, the fact that my previously independent Mom looked forward each day to simply having them arrive is in the end the best testimonial of all. In February 2020, I suffered a not so great knee injury while skiing. Wanting to go to my appointment prepared, I brought Kayce to help me understand what all my issues and options were. Kayce helped me understand everything I had wrong and even advocated for me to get a more functional knee brace since I was going to be in it for the long run. Fast forward a month and COVID-19 hit, preventing me from participating in onsite pre-hab. Kayce ended up coming to my house regularly and treating my knee in my garage where we could leave the garage doors open for proper airflow while both armed with PPE. This allowed me to receive imperative treatment in a time I otherwise couldn't have. Post surgery, Kayce came to my rescue yet again. My bandages were wrapped so tight that I lost all the feeling in my foot. Kayce came over at the drop of a dime to rewrap my leg and inspect my incisions. Kayce possesses a vast knowledge of physical therapy techniques that has allowed me to successfully commence my healing journey during these unprecedented times. Without her support and treatment this year, I don't know what I would have done. I would highly recommend Kayce's care and compassion to anyone.

I can't begin to say enough about nurse, speech, pt, and ot specialists. All were extremely knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. They all had patience with our and never rushed him to complete his tasks. They treated him as person and not a number. All were very friendly, kind and very positive in hopes of improving our son's life. I had no idea what additional services and programs were available to my son do to his disability. They also were a wealth of information for me. I had no idea these different programs even existed until we were lucky enough to have All Care as our son's rehab care when he was discharged.

The nurses seem to have trouble understanding what "fragrance free" is and it took 4mo for them to send out a nurse to assist with my Rx and cathetering (extremely dangerous). My PT was okay but didn't respond when I got a call they were dropping me so I didn't know if she was continuing services or if it was just the nurse. These people make up rules as they go. I wouldn't trust them with a loved one.

We have worked with Always here since early 2020 to assist my 101 yr old mum. She gets around well for her age, she has become quite forgetful and needs more and more assistance. I was hit by a car, and they placed me on self pay, I then hired a lawyer and found out that were required to take insurance, yet..... here we are are, they are still insisting on cash.
