Complete liars and a rip off. When I called them back, they said it was under warranty since it was less than 30 days. I asked them to run a video through so they could at least get paid for the service call. They charged me for the second cleaning and said it was my tenants fault. I asked them how they knew that since they ran the video after flushing it out. I also said they wouldn't have know that if I hadn't requested and pay for the video service. They also didn't provide video I paid for, after contacting them for it more than once . They claimed they would mail the video to me that I paid for on DVD, never got it. Eager to take your money, that's about it in my opinion. Followed up with them and still nothing several months later. You'll be much better off to go to their competition. Im my honest opinion, completely dishonest and just plain thieves. They don't have negative ratings so, one star is more than they deserve

I don't know what they did (I wasn't there- my husband handled it and he isn't known for paying attention to such things), but I'm sure it involved witchcraft. It had to. Magic of some sort. Chanting, at the very least. My carpet is SPOTLESS. We're talking about a lake property that has seen kids walking in and out, in and out, in and out...mud, BBQ sauce, beer (from my husband, not the kids), you name it. There was a spot the size of a small mammal right smack in the middle of my hallway and I was ready to chuck the whole thing and buy a new house, but then these guys came in with their fancy whatnot and BAM! It's gone. I'm amazed. Overjoyed. Humbled. In all seriousness- they did a fantastic job. No harsh chemical scents, it dried fairly quickly, they were efficient and professional.
