The woman who worked there harassed my kids when going to the unit. They gave it on tape. They had us pay the rent and then she warned to call the police every time they come to the unit. No Reason for it other than them asking why she was tripping. the man that works in the office was nice and had common sense. They need to get rid of that lady and maybe they will get better. Even other customers stopped my kids when leaving to tell them she is like that with everyone and told them times to go when they can avoid her. Smh. The minute I walked in and said I had a drop off for a one-way rental the young lady walked away…read moreask the other person that was with her should I take it the other person then said no the first young lady comes back and say we don't have enough room on our parking lot for a one-way rentals I replied why not I backed it in perfectly just fine it looks like there's enough room to me to back it in so what's the problem she been suggested that I take it to another facility I then denied her request. And told her that Customer Service said that it was OK to drop it here so I was going to leave it there because it was an inconvenience for me and not my fault. *SUGGESTION * Customer Service should be aware of what facilities are allowed to hold and not before they suggest a drop off to a location. I have worked for storage facilities before that offered U-Haul vehicles And it was OK to except a rental and just inform U-Haul to pick it up and transfer it somewhere else. Another suggestion never argue with customers. I wish I could have rated zero Stars
