I did end up just getting everything repaired as I knew some of them were going to be needing to be done soon anyway. I told them the leak was still happening and instead of fixing it they put some liquid that can only be seen with a blue light held to it wherever it was leaking from and told me for the second time that they fixed it. Again.... They were wrong. I would not recommend this shop, they will scam you and lie to you. Please for the sake of your wallet take your car elsewhere.

They installed it and said it now pulls left and right when you accelerate which never happened before. So I drove it down the road and found it drives worse than ever, swaying like crazy and jolting my wheel with every bump, I immediately brought it back upset, and said "it drives 5 times worse than before" NOT BLAMING ANYONE JUST STATING THE FACT and the rude old lady of a manager decided I was insulting her and her business for bringing it back and telling her it doesn't drive right WHICH SHE TOLD ME TO DO, and she had the audacity to get aggressive with me, standing up getting out of her chair pointing her finger at me. I tell her not to get aggressive with me and she has the audacity to say I'm being aggressive as she now gets in my face yelling at me finger in my face. All I wanted was to bring it back and have it figured out what was wrong now. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible business. I've worked in customer service for 10 years, being cussed at and chewed out and even when that happened I've never treated a customer that way. i can't say enough go things about this repair shop. i had a breakdown and started calling around…read moreto see if anyone can touch my truck and fix it. this was late in the day. one place told me they couldn't touch my truck until Monday. even though i explained to them it was a emergency because i'm just visiting town for the weekend on business. i then called liskey's to see if they could help me out. they said they could and i was happy. i got my truck in their parking lot. as i was about to start writing down my info for the drop box because it was supposed to be closed when i got there. then i saw a child running around and thought someone was still there. i asked if they can do the paperwork for me and they said yes. they took all my information. they were very nice especially since they were supposed to be closed. then i called the next day when it might be finished. they told me early afternoon. they gave me a call early afternoon to tell me i'm all done. when i picked up my truck they even gave her a bath. i can easily recommend this repair shop because they are very polite, willing to go above and beyond what they were supposed to do, and the rates were very reasonable to me.

I needed a new mid-pipe on my exhaust, it had rusted through, and the dealership said it would be $1900 to fix, so they recommended I take it to muffler Man instead, they said they did this all the time. I dropped my car off, and within a day it was fixed, welded instead of replaced, for $140. Ryan, at the front desk, was super nice and friendly, and honest, and I just got great vibes from the whole place. It's a week later, the car drives and sounds great. Had UFCR do a couple things for me. Valvoline said the inner section of my oil filter was damaged…read more& they replaced it free. So I wanted to have it looked at make sure it was done right & figure out why/how it was damaged. Apparently Valvoline must have dropped it. The damage wasn't caused by the car or road. My car needed a total transmission flush.. they did it in a timely manner & things are working good. The reason I went to them was in the spring I had some issues & come to find out there was a recall for it. When I had called Spartan Toyota (before going tho University Foreign Car Repair) they wanted over $200 to "diagnose". Interesting there's a recall & the dealership wants $ to diagnose a recall. The folks at University told me about it & printed out the recall info thus Spartan repaired it without the diagnostic fee. Who does that? Tells you there's a recall & take it to the dealership & get it fixed free. When I came in this time for these other things (granny flush etc) they told me they had a bad review. Now that I found surprising. These folks have been in business many years & always had a stellar reputation. But I didn't use them until recently. I was very confused by them 1st telling me about the bad review. So I read it. That post after reading it seemed like somethings missing. Maybe it was someone else's card, maybe she had a previous experience that went away? But something in it seems like there's more to it. These people at University knocked hundreds off what they originally quoted me. Even during the quote and drop off. When I came back, it was even less than quoted. The work was great. I had no problem with payment with my card. They were jovial gentleman, and truly seemed like they not only cared about my car, but my budget & me as a person. Some people are just never happy unless it's free & even then....they'd probably complain ​​
