I wish I could give them zero star. I went there to have my car a diagnosis, first thing to start with staff attitude, poor customer service, lazy adults waiting for an easy prey. I asked them to do a diagnose on camshaft sensors and VVT solenoids. They gave me a report about coolant level, tire condition and told me camshaft phasers are improperly installed while a vehicle can run and idle smoothly. The funny thing is they said they got me a discounted quote for $7000 as if I was looking a car from a dealer just to do work on timing chain. I suggested them to look for other easy prey, not me. They charge insane amount of money for what they call a diagnosis to get a report on break fluid level and tire conditions. My advice to customers looking to go there or being referred for them just avoid them at all costs. read more

This time had my tires rotated, battery replace, wipers replaced, all air filters replaced , and an oil change. In and out as promised, priced right, no gimmicks or pressure, with services clearly done correctly. Had my tires replaced with them previously, very happy. read more

I brought my vehicle in Righter's to have my brakes replaced. The job was done properly but at a much higher cost than other repair shops. My complaint was that I was charged $62.50 for someone to inspect the brakes before replacing them. I knew they needed work! That is why I came in. read more

I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accomadating to assist me with my vehicle. The diagnostic test was very detailed and I was able to see where all the issues were. They were very upfront when a few setbacks occurred and lent me a vehicle so that I could still make it to where I needed to go! Certainly will recommend the Grand Ledge location to friends! I purchased new tires and because of the pandemic, have not driven much. I have had to go back two times for leaking valve stems. Today they said they replaced all four and made a point of saying they were not charging me. Why would I pay for something that was not done properly to begin with? I am 70 years old with underlying medical conditions. None of their staff wore masks. They endangered my health. I could not be more upset with the service I received from them. read more

I was half way across the state when my truck broke on me, found these guys and I'm super happy I did! They knew exactly what the problem was, had parts on hand and started work on it right away. They had a really clean and well maintained shop with very friendly staff. The bill was less than I expected and they got me back on the road quickly.
