The monthly rent is competitive to other storage facilities in the immediate area. The facility is kept clean. They do not allow people to live in the rental units but I do see the same motorhome parked in front of a rental unit every time I access my storage space. I suspect they stay there during business hours and park outside the facilities overnight to return when the gates open.

I was on auto pay and it paid but I got constant emails telling me I was late. This happened for about 4 months even though they via phone agreed they had the $$ and couldn't explain their system. Personally I think they are scamming folks to boot them out of their unit and make a quick buck in auction. Find another business. I'm at the Bear Vally unit but the company works the same anywhere.

They said it might go up a few dollars but didn't sound like 34%. I moved out immediately after this letter . I'm looking for a long commitment for my storage needs but this just raises so many red flags if you're deciding on renting from right-space storage . Just stay away and look somewhere else . They will price gouge as soon as two months . I moved out today as yesterday I found a cleaner place and I'm now paying $146 for a 10x30 with a six month guarantee . As I always pull in , it's always a scary feeling trying to make a turn while cars are driving 100 miles an hour. Didn't know how dangerous it was to get into this location before I moved in . I have my signal on and they still just go around or sit and honk at me waiting to pull into the location . Extremely unsafe location to pull into the storage location. There is an attachment to this complaint to prove to you that it goes up a few months after move in and not just a few dollars either . Just stay away , my bad experience is enough. This location is gated, and you're provided with a code when you sign up. Also, the location provides security cameras throughout. There are multiple signs posted for a speed limit of 5 mph, which I think is great. It's nice for us to carefully and thoughtfully make it to our storage units. It's good to be respectful of the property. This is a pretty large self-storage facility. There's space for RVs, boats, and cars. The employees are always very friendly, even if there's a long line. My interactions with them overall have been very positive. I occasionally notice litter around the facility, but overall, the premises are kept relatively clean. They recently did some asphalt maintenance. They sent out emails and contacted us to let us know what was happening. We had plenty of advance notice, which was very professional. I like that I can pay online, pay in advance, and I can set up autopay. Overall, I believe it's a good value. The biggest thing I've noticed with my unit is that it gets pretty dusty, so I recommend the appropriate covers for furniture or mattresses. Even with the door closed and the unit being slightly elevated, the dust still gets into the unit. I decided to elevate my items this time and put them on metal shelving racks, and have a storage design of sorts. I didn't do that before, but since I've had many storage units over my lifetime, I've learned that elevating your items is better than leaving them on the unit's floor. Overall, I'm very pleased with this facility.

One time they said we haven't sent our payment but our bank records indicated that they cashed our check. We had to argue for two straight days and even presented our bank documents as proof. Despite that they rejected our assertions and insisted that we send a new check. They eventually discovered their mistake but not after us constantly asking to check. Alex and his staff are incompetent yet very condescending. Do not patronize this facility. Horrible customer service!!!
