This review is based solely on their car wash. No working vacuums, no working change machines, broken machines in wash bays... I know do it yourself car washes aren't the money makers they once were but if you can't fix stuff just close it up completely. Those of us with boats, campers or off road toys utilize these types of wash bays and it is really disappointing when you try 2-3 places just to find this to be the new normal for these businesses. read more

These people are crooks plain and simple. Been asking for a smaller units for months. Getting different answers from both people working there. Then BAM rent increase. When I inquired why I was told " Well we typically raise the rent in 4 months then again after 9 months". HUH??? The mailer said it was due to market value. SOUNDS SHADY TO ME. How in any way is a standard increases in fees have anything to do with market value??? Sound like a load to me. Should hire better liars. read more

I have been parking my RV here for almost a year. In a years time my rent went from $80 to $114. Also, my RV was vandalized and there is nothing the facility will do about it. They wouldn't even call the local PD to assist in filing a report. In the last 3 months there have been several RVs vandalized in addition to an RV being stolen. If your looking to use this facility to store your RV, I would recommend you keep looking read more

The fact the they are so friendly and attentive. They actually listen to you and are so helpful. One of the employees named Amanda helped me to reduce the size of my storage to a more affordable size in the master of one month and also found it very close to my old one so I didn't have to rent a truck or anything to move my stuff. DUSTY: Large amounts of dirt and dust blows inside my unit. I believe the dust and dirt blows in through the sides of the roll up door. There are very high winds in this area. The winds blow through the area like a wind tunnel. My property is always covered with dust and dirt. SECURITY: At the back of the property, portions of barbwire have been pushed down. It's easy for people to climb over the fence to access storage units, vehicles, etc. The barbwire should be replaced with razor wire. read more

Someone cut the lock on my storage and broke in months ago. I received a certified letter stating they couldn't reach me so they changed the lock. I called them and they stated that was policy when I received the letter. I showed today months later and my unit was ransacked and stuff was stolen. No one ever mentioned my unit was opened or broken into when they changed the lock. I think it's lousy customer service and when I filed the police report it happens often. For the CAR WASH. This is by leaps and bounds the worst self-wash place I have EVER been to. Avoid it like the plague. It's has 6 stalls, two were closed two were taken. I had the choice of one that was normal looking and had been used as the ground was wet, or one that had garbage piled up in the corner that was completely dry. Of course I went with the good looking one. Boy was I wrong. The power washer leaked, FROM THE CEILING, and not just leaked but poured. I was getting rained on by soapy water and I hadn't even pulled the trigger down. The spring mechanisms on the thing fight you so hard too, couldn't even get it to stay with me as I walked around my car. Decided screw it and bailed to the other bay that had garbage piled in it. It became apparent that this one was rarely used but I already had soap on my car from the first bay and couldn't just leave, I spent the first 45 seconds of the wash waiting for the air to clear the lines because the sprayer wouldn't spray. So now finally got my car wet again, time for foam brush. NOPE. Gotta wait for the air to clear the line here too, spat foam every five seconds for another good 45 seconds until it actually started to work. Ended up spending around $8 on a car wash that should've been $4 or less. The equipment isn't maintained at all, and the grounds aren't maintained either. They obviously don't care about this place so you shouldn't either. Like I said, avoid it like the plague. read more
