it was a decently smooth process purchasing the vehicle, but they kept talking about a big safety…read moreinspection they do to make sure the vehicles are good and that they service it to make sure it's working well. well after our test drive we talked to them about a noise we heard when turning the wheel and they said they would look at it. We ended up taking the truck home day of and they said they would finish the full inspection later and we can make an appointment. We made the appointment and showed up and first off the lady at the service desk was extremely rude and standoffish and was trying to tell us it was already serviced. so the salesman then wouldn't answer the phone when they called and they told us we might have to pay which is NOT what we were told. Ultimately they are sneaky and the people at the service place are very very rude.

I purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Monster Motors after reviewing the vehicle listing and…read morecompleting the purchase process. The vehicle was advertised as being equipped with a Tow Package and Class IV hitch. After taking delivery and later inspecting the vehicle, I discovered that the receiver hitch and wiring was not installed. The missing hitch was not immediately obvious because the receiver location is behind a removable bumper cover on this model. After removing the cover, I confirmed that the vehicle did not have the advertised hitch equipment. Additionally, during the sales process, I was told that the vehicle would include an additional key fob. At delivery, only one key fob was provided. I have made multiple attempts to resolve these issues directly with Monster Motors through email, requesting that they provide the advertised hitch equipment and the additional key fob or reimburse the reasonable cost to correct these issues. Unfortunately, I have not received a response. I am disappointed that the vehicle did not match the advertised equipment and that my attempts to resolve this matter directly have gone unanswered. I hope Monster Motors will address these concerns and work toward a resolution. If they do, I will update this review to reflect the outcome.

I have to say idk how this place has any reviews but this is the most scammy auto dealership I have…read morebeen too. I went in to check out a newer suburban and they asked to run a small credit check to see my score and I said fine. They were asking a ridiculous amount compared to others for the vehicle so I said not interested. 2 months go by and I am getting. Approval letters in the mail from credit companies for 44000 dollars which I never said to them I wanted to buy the vehicle or get approved. I just wanted to check it out and test drive it. They ran my credit multiple times unacceptable and lied to me from the beginning because I asked Brad Snyder the salesmen I'm not singing to be approved right and he said no just to check your credit score my wife was right there with me and my kids. Months go by I call them to ask why they are trying to approve me when I never asked to be and the lady I'm talking to who goes by Connie and believe last name Granger straight lies to me and says no we didn't run your credit they don't effect your score at all we don't do that. I know how the system works I've done it and know she is lying and ask to speak to manager. The manager comes on the phone his name is Dan and right away says yes we ran your credit you wanted to be approved for Suburban and I said no I never wanted to I was told it was to see my credit which was a lie typical. Then I said well the lady I spoke to completely told me they never ran my credit and you come on the phone and tell me right away yes we did. Come on people biggest scammers and dirty tactics playing dumb lol caught themselves in a lie. Don't trust them and I knew from the beginning I should have never signed any forms of paper but trust I shouldn't have given them car salesmen or woman always lie. Especially this dealership very dirty

Do not go here. They are literally scammers and frauds. They forged my signature on warranty claims…read morein order to get the payouts for the 'repairs' they did, and now I'm stuck with a vehicle I can't drive that has $5,000 worth of repairs that needs done - all of which were the repairs they supposedly already did. Unfortunately, I didn't know what I know now, and took the $2,000 they offered me to essentially shut up and leave them alone because I thought that was as good as I was going to get out of the situation (not knowing about the forgery and whatnot), which screws me on the warranty...but even the warranty company agreed that they can't just buy people off and tell customers they can no longer help them after getting paid for their 'repair' jobs via the warranty. They are legally obligated to fix it! DO NOT FALL FOR IT IF THEY TELL YOU OTHERWISE! Do not take any deal they offer you! The warranty company also told me they will now have to investigate any claim that comes to them through this dealer because there are too many issues. I also made a police report regarding the forged signatures...because, regardless of what they may believe, they cannot contractually sign away a crime. You cannot give someone a payout under false pretense, knowing you're hiding a crime. That's nothing but bribery/hush money. I wish I had caught the forgery earlier so that I could legally do more, but if nothing else it's a lesson I can try and save someone else from having to learn. I have heard from several people recently about this place and anyone who knows this place has terrible stories. The good reviews they have on here are clearly people they know or fake accounts, so don't fall for those, either. Save yourself and stay far far far away from this nightmare dealership. They will 100% ruin you. ****To be clear - yes, I'm aware they gave me the $2,000...which I took in good faith, but ultimately it was given under false pretense. They were absolutely aware that the repairs that needed doing were well over $2,000 - they were also given an RO from a local mechanic, which listed all the needed repairs they found (that the dealership subsequently ignored most of). After the dealership told me they could not do anything for me after the last round of 'repairs' because they had lost 'too much money on the vehicle already' (which, how did they lose that much money when they got paid thousands through the warranty?) unless i could drive it out to a shop in Detroit (again, it was not in any condition to be driven that far)...they relented and said they would either put a different engine in for around $1,000, or they could give me $2,000. I may not be a mechanic, but i know enough to know that any engine they find to stick in my car for around $1,000 isn't going to be a good one. I've spoken to other mechanics about this and they agreed it would have been a bad deal to accept it. I also spoke with the warranty company at that time to go over my options, and I was told there was nothing they could do. However, I didnt know about the forged signature at that time, and they continued to evade me on getting the repair invoices to me. I have still received absolutely nothing official regarding any repairs they have done, nor did they go over any of the repair claims with me prior to submitting - which they must provide invoices per MI law. I took the deal because at the time I thought that was my only recourse, but unfortunately I was wrong. I didn't know what I didn't know, and I took the deal. They can say what they like, but that is the very definition of subterfuge. It is hush money. They gave me 2 crappy options, knowing the entire time that they had lied, forged, and frauded, and I was dumb enough to think I was stuck with options A or B. Don't make the mistake I made, and don't accept any 'deal' they offer you if you find yourself in this mess. I'm not looking for them to fix my car or 'win' anything...I don't want them to ever touch it again - I just want to warn others so they're held accountable to some degree. This isn't slander, these are just the facts. Run from this place.
