Really disappointed with this place. I was sold a nice Ford Fusion, but the sunroof leaks and has ruined my head liner. Also the repair work was shoddy on the two accidents reported before I bought it. The bumper popped off and the paint job on said bumper is bad. Lots of little dents and dings in the body, plus the passenger door is unaligned. I'm try to make the best of it, but all in all not very happy. Not impressed at all. I walked in with every intention on buying a car there today. The receptionist or whatever she calls herself was so rude I decided to spend my money elsewhere. She was very rude when I asked for a price on the van I was looking at. She said "we have over 150 vehicles here, I don't know the price of every single one." I said neither do I that's why I asked. "I'll have to get you to a salesperson". It wasn't just her comments, I bet they lose a lot of customers due to her attitude. PLEASE LISTEN CAREFULLY !! I was in a bind, the engine in my jeep blew up and I didn't have the best credit to just go out and get a new vehicle.. I thought this place would be better than some sleezy road side car lot.. AND BOY WAS I WRONG!! I bought a 2006 Saturn from these guys with 800 down, and told them the only way I would take the vehicle is if they fix the front end because it obviously had some issues. They ran me a story about how they would fix any safety related problems for the first 6 months and it came with a full drive and trans warranty.. They told me they did all their work through Looking Nu on Williams lk rd so I took it in to be looked at. Long story short 3 weeks later they were still playing games with looking nu and refused to pay for the front end to be fixed. Finally after many threats of legal action and conversations with the finance company, they agreed to fix it. Immediately after I got the car back, it still had the same exact issues. Looking nu told me rightway would only pay for the sway bar to be replaced and nothing else. They was multiple problems that they found. After going back and forth with these people for 3 more weeks I gave up and now the car is almost not even drivable. After having it now for only 4 months, the transmission went out on it. I called rightway to get the warranty info and the salesman Tom told me to just call looking nu they will have all the info and refused to give me the warranty number. I called looking nu and told them the situation and Tom from looking nu was pissed that rightway refused to give me the info and said he would handle it. I took the car to interstate auto ( great company check out my review about them) and the warranty company refused to pay for the transmission because it was damaged prior to me purchasing the car. ???? NOTHING BUT CROOKS after telling one of my buddies about this, he said his sister had a similar issue when her engine blew only 2 months after buying the car and they refused to fix it. BEWARE !Wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone. Im a 20 year old food delivery driver i went to get a car because my last car kept breaking down. They gave me a 2009 dodge caliber woth 116,000 miles and the finace cost was around 12,500. I should have knew something was fishy right there. They wanted 91 biweekly payments off $210 thats $420 a month. I could have got that car anywhere else for 5 or 6 thousand tops. Do you know what kind of car i cam get for 12,500? I would have end up paying 20,000 over the course of 4 years 20,000 for a 2009 dodge caliber with 116,000 miles on it. Thats just where the stpry begin. The same day i purchased the car i didn't even make it home. I live in ypsilanti rightway is in waterford. On my way home a light popped on which indicated that the transmission fluid was overheating and jt started driving funny so i pulled over. I should have took the car bback right then and there but no i was excited about having a new car. I called rightway and they were veing a**holes and trying to avoid me because they knew they were wrong. This was all within a hour i purchased it. So eventually i took it to the shop they gave me a loaner car. Thy shop called me a few days later and said they put a new trans cooler on it and that it was fixed. So i picked it up and on my way home guess what?? It did THE Exact SAME THING WITH THE TRANSMISSION FLUID LIGHT!! So i called them again and i took it back to the shop. Let me remind you i stay in ypsilanti which is 50 min from waterford and 30 min from livonia which is where their closest shop was. I got the loaner car back and had it for 2 and a half weeks before they finally put a new transmission in my car. So i didnt even get to enjoy the new car i brought. I had the loaner car longer than my car. The crazy oart is im not even done yet. So i got the car back and the transmisson was working fine everything was good. Then a few days later i was at work delivering orders when the alternator broke down while i was driving. Everything start locking up like the steering wheel all these lights came up on the dashboard. So i had to pull over again. I called rightway told them what happen and they were being a**holes again and trying to avoid me. They told me take it to the shop. But how?? You cant drive a car when the alternator is bad. So they said tow it. I asked them for a loaner car so i can still work and they told me tehy couldnt give me one and that last time it was under "special circumstances. This alternator broke down while i had food orders in my car on my job. I had to call somebody in just to finish my shift and couldnt work the next day because i had no loaner car and my car got towed to the shop. So they fixed the alternator and a few days later the engine intake goes bad. At this point im just tired of the car and all the problems its having..i hadnt even made my first payment yet and it had been in the shop severap times and remeber i dont live near the shop so im driving back and forth missing out on work. So i went to rightway and asked for a refund the manager anthony refused. He said they didnt have my truck that i traded in anymore but i had seen it and actually parked right behing it before i arrived. I told him i wanted to go to arbitration. He thought i was bluffing and said go ahead and file for arbitration. They arbitration in your contract so that you cant take them to court. So i filed for arbitration and then the manager anthony offered to give me a different car but i dint want a different car because who knows what problems its going to have. So i sereved him the arbitration paper's and he acted like it didnt affect him. Days later he called me back and said he can give me a refund and i can release the contract to them and it woupd be like it never happened. But before he gave me the refund I went through so much stuff. So many hours on the phone with the bank explaining in them what's going on so many hours on the phone with the arbitration company getting the papers filed. So many hours researching laws on this type of stuff. But i did get full refund. Just beware of the contract look over before signing but dont go to rightway my email read more
