He did not refund me, (Not even their fees!!!!! what?!!!!!) the DMV won't refund me, so I not only lost all the money I originally asked them not to spend, but i now have to do all the registration work myself, and pay the additional out of state registration fees. Ridiculous, incompetent, and totally unprofessional. He offered to do my next transaction without paying their small transaction fee, as if I would ever trust them again...lol I wouldn't trust them beyond a simple registration renewal. I waited about 4 minutes out in the rain waiting for them to open the door and nothing! I called back and they said once again a guy was coming. I got so upset and left! It was raining as I stood outside!! They knew I was coming already what good business operates with an open sign with locked doors?!
