The phone system is a joke. The portal is defective, and many of the staff uncaring, ignorant, or just plain rude. They claim to have Patient Advocates, but they are simply there to say no! They do not admit when they are wrong, or mistaken, instead they turn the issue around and blame you! This is wrong and unethical to say the least, and immoral, in my opinion. Stop threatening me!!

Although farther out we decided to just choose another primary care doctor and had no reference to work with we just kind of pointed and picked on a list. How lucky were we to have made the most amazing decision not even knowing it. Doctor Din is so responsive, whether it is in an email message through the Health online app, without out question, anything I ask him, provides excellent guidance, I was a 22 year smoker, I asked for help to quit, after 1 month, I was able to quit without further refills on the medication, fast forward 5 years now and still a non-Smoker. I brought my infant son to the Emergency Department after being referred from Urgent Care, and…read moreunfortunately our first interaction left a very negative impression. The RN at the reception desk, Diana S., did not provide the level of professionalism or courtesy I expected. The Urgent Care staff gave me a referral paper with my son's information and instructed me to hand it to the Emergency Department staff. When I handed the paper to her, she did not look at it and instead began asking me questions about my own medical history, including my allergies. My infant son was right next to me in his stroller, and I had to interrupt to explain that he--not I--was the patient. Had the referral paper been reviewed, it would have been clear that I was the mother and my infant son was the patient. The most upsetting moment was when a gust of wind blew the referral paper onto her side of the desk. She picked it up, crumpled it into a ball, and threw it into the trash without saying a word. Since Urgent Care had specifically instructed me to hand that paper to the Emergency Department, seeing it immediately discarded without any explanation was shocking. As a mother bringing my infant to the ER, I was already scared and worried. This interaction made me feel deeply disrespected. Patients and their families deserve to be treated with basic courtesy, especially when they are seeking emergency care for a sick child.

This place is a JOKE!…read more I had an appointment at 3:20 PM and arrived at 3:00 PM because I was told to arrive 15 minutes early. After checking in, I waited in the lobby for about 30 minutes. A nurse eventually called me in, checked my weight, vital signs, and other information, and entered everything into my record. After that, I waited another hour and a half for the doctor. During all that time, no one came to check on me. I was experiencing a massive headache and chest pain, yet I was given no medication and no one seemed concerned about my condition. I finally walked out and asked the nurses how much longer I would have to wait. I told them I was having a severe headache, and I was told it could be another hour. At that point, I left. This is completely unacceptable. When a patient is experiencing chest pain and severe symptoms, they should not be left waiting for hours without being checked on or receiving appropriate care. I am extremely disappointed and upset about how this situation was handled. If something happens to me because I was left waiting without proper attention, I will hold this facility accountable.
