His quote may have been beaten by another, but we knew that his was fair and someone else, in order to beat his quote, would fudge somewhere else; either in the Sealer or Compaction. Therefore; we accepted his quote and scheduled the work to be done. Bruce's crew, Lead by Charlie, showed up on time, and every crew member was very courteous and respectful of our property. Best crew supervision I have seen in a long time. Every member knew their job and wasted no time in getting the work perfect. Then it got worse. Within a few months, spots started sinking in and cracking. We just got our one year warranty repair. Guy with a torch came and cooked a few cracks. They all collaborate well to use their specialized skills and provide quality support and service. The grading in my yard was also not right making the problem worse. Brandon and crew was able to mitigate both yards so that the water flows away from both houses and down the dry beds that the original landscapers put in but did not grade properly. He was also successful in convincing me to consider a new strain of rhizomatous tall fescue over blue grass, with the former being resistant to drought and requiring less water to maintain. It looks great! His crew worked extremely hard and paid attention to detail while completing the project. Aspenwood had the right equipment to do an excellent job in soil prep, which included 15 tons of soil treatment. At the completion of the project, Omar (their crew chief) was meticulous in adjusting the sprinkler heads to their original state.
