    Cutting EDGE Pros

This service entity makes big promises but under-delivers. We contracted with the because they are…read morea faith-based organization and because so many locals defined them as the best. Unfortunately, they fell far short. The following is a list of the shortcomings as we experienced them: 1) Multiple attempts to get the imaging of our home and surrounding properties for the initial design and consultation phase. The technician that came to the property had to be here three times before they got all the measures and images correct - in the end, they did not get the existing/remaining plantings in the drawings. 2) The design did not consider the topography and drainage needs. We had to demand a review of the property to get them on board. 3) The design consultation was held on Zoom - no problem there. We had to send the design back several times before they incorporated all of the elements we asked for. We did not ever land on a "wonderful" design and they still have not provided a comprehensive plan including irrigation needs and the existing elements of our landscape that would not be adjusted. 4) When we asked for the delivery of designs that met the promised criterion, they tried to collect more money. They considered the times we had to send the plans back due to their mistakes, a part of the revisions. 5) They were regularly slow to respond to email - it took all summer to get our plans in hand. 6) The plan is nothing outstanding - it's a pretty boring plan without achieving the look and feel we described in our multiple meetings. It was as though they did not want to hear what we were asking for. I do not recommend this company for design services. We remain dissatisfied and do not feel this was a good value for our investment.

We had a drainage problem we had inherited when we bought the home 14 years ago. Bruce figured out the perfect solution, explained it to us, and gave us a very fair quote. His quote may have been beaten by another, but we knew that his was fair and someone else, in order to beat his quote, would fudge somewhere else; either in the Sealer or Compaction. Therefore; we accepted his quote and scheduled the work to be done. Bruce's crew, Lead by Charlie, showed up on time, and every crew member was very courteous and respectful of our property. Best crew supervision I have seen in a long time. Every member knew their job and wasted no time in getting the work perfect. They installed a swale, which not only solved the drainage issue, but has kept EVERY DROP of water out of our garage. Thanks to all; GREAT JOB. SUPER Satisfied!

Then it got worse. Within a few months, spots started sinking in and cracking. We just got our one year warranty repair. Guy with a torch came and cooked a few cracks. It's really a shame companies can get away with this. I'll post the "repair" pictures on Google. You won't believe them... but hopefully this will save someone from going with this outfit.
