Removed replace roof air pumps on my motorhome. Never had the right parts the first time. Left wire cuttings and other debris in the coach. Drilled into the thermostat wiring and shorted the control board for one of the new heat pumps. Two months and $7000 later it's installed but they didn't connect the furnace so in cold weather there is no heat because the heat pump is ineffective in really cold temperatures. Called him for slides that wouldn't close all the way. He came out & determined hydraulic rams were misbehaving. He said he would have to come back. Before he returned, our power center failed. He replaced it with what he called " the same unit" but it wasn't. It protruded from the wall, but he installed it with the cover sticking out. Did t realize the problem until another RV repairman told us this wasn't a proper installation & reinstalled it... He returned 10 days from original call to take pictures of the hydraulics. We didn't hear from him again for two months when he wanted to bring someone else out to look at the hydraulics. Two months later? No thanks. We finally called Jason's, who knew what he was doing on slides & fixed that & other problems. read more

Could not be happier with the service we received from Riley's in Whitney. Our refrigerator compressor was not repairable. They sent a tech to our campsite within 24 hours of our call to confirm what we thought. Shane walked us through the next best steps and he made time to fit us into his schedule, coming out twice to remove the bad unit, replace it with one we purchased, and to make sure everything was working well before he left. We found out that our AC didn't work anymore. We were at a campground nearby and called Riley's RV. Daniel came out within the hour of calling and found that the AC compressor was dead and we needed a new unit. They found us a brand new unit, drove to pick it up, and installed it all within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend Riley's for any service that is needed. They were quick, efficient, and did a great job! For the service they provided I would have expected the cost to be much higher. read more

Very nice folks. Called them out to Meridian State Park as we were having severe electrical issues. They came out and got power working again. They worked with our extended warranty company to get things paid for and got us all fixed up! Dennis came out most of the time but Shane and Ray also came out. It was like a repair party, we had so much work to be done but they got it all done and Donna kept everything straight. If you find yourself in need of a repair technician, give Riley's a call. We were traveling through on our way out west and the hot water heater in the Airstream stopped working. Shane came out, diagnosed and repaired the hot water heater by the end of the day. He did a great job and we were very appreciative. read more

ayed them last spring to fix my grandmothers heater, he still has not fixed it. She is freezing! He said he was moving his company right now... and it wasn't even his fault.. but at the end of the day we did pay him. His customer service skills are very poor. And he waits until the end of the day to let you know that he is not going to come. Save your time and money with this guy.. he could scam you! read more

This place is a colossal joke and a huge WASTE of Money. I would not take a little red wagon to these people. Should be rated -10, but 1 star is as low as it goes. I took my RV in for repairs in October of 2018 for several repairs. In December they called me needing me to pay for half of the bill because they needed to order parts. Reluctantly, I paid $600. Something I don't usually do. In February I called again because it still was not ready, and I had not heard anything from them. They said they were behind because they moved their shop and that caused them to be behind. I was never told about them moving their shop. (Had I just showed up, it would have been to an empty lot). They told me they needed more money to order more parts, and I told them absolutely NOT! They had more than ample time to make the repairs and more than enough time to get the parts. I wasn't paying for anything else until I picked the motor home up. I told them they needed to finish the repairs because I was picking it up the next week repaired or not repaired. They called me the next week and said that it was ready for pickup. I went to pick it up after they gave me their new address, and paid the bill, and went home. Now that the weather has turned nice to where we can go somewhere in it, EVERYTHING that I paid for (a total of $1200) was wasted money. Nothing was fixed. The awning still won't roll up. The propane tank still leaks propane. The window trim turned out to be caulk, which all has fallen out, The only thing that was actually fixed was where the storage compartment was damaged due to a blow out. A twelve year old could have fixed that with a rubber hammer. And they left the inside a greasy mess. I sent them a text to let them know about my dis satisfaction, and I'm not one bit surprised that they did not contact me back. Run!!!! Don't walk! These people are not legitimate business people. Avoid this place like the plague. I had an accident in October 2019, and this was the nearest repair place. My accident was with a pickup box camper. I forgot to hook up the tie down straps, and so it fell out of bed of the truck, breaking the front jacks. 19 Nov 19 - they received the check from insurance to cover full cost as per estimate. Dec 2019 - Mar 2020 Wrong jacks ordered, more than one time, and had to reorder. Then Covid hit. Mar 2020 - Jan 2021 More wrong parts ordered. Told hard to find the correct trim. Any problems at this time were labeled as having been caused by Covid. Jan 2021 - Feb 2021. Told done, but needing to get the plug in for the hook up from camper to the truck. They could not find the right one. I told them where this was put on. Feb 2021 -- since I had told them I wanted to sell this camper, someone local to them had expressed interest in purchase. They got me in touch with that person. I was asking 12K on a camper with a NADA blue book of 16K. That man purchased the camper, but because Riley's did not keep the battery charged it went bad, and there were minor repairs that were the result of the accident Riley did not list, and repair, I had to give the man the money it would cost to purchase those items ($250). I also then looked at how the jack stands were put on, when I sold the camper -- they were put on incorrectly, so that it is narrower than a truck is -- that is the stands were put on backwards. Happily the person who bought the camper is a person who does fabricating, and can easily deal with those. The purchaser also told me that not all the bolts were put in to attach the jack stands. Yes they were nice people to talk with -- but lousy work So -- bottom line -- They received the money from my insurance, did sloppy work, were unable to quickly get what is standard materials, and took more than 15 months to do a job that should have taken (even including shipping time for parts) two or three weeks. read more

Shane, the owner, was there for me, on Saturday, when I called ahead. My air conditioning compressor went on my RV. Unfortunately, it was a two day order. So, Shane, personally checked my generator. It was running rough. He checked all the systems and eventually got it running smooth as a calm lake. So, I went on the road with my overhead AC. Shane has a passion for RV's. We are full-time RVers and had a small incident with our 2019 5th Wheel that needed a temp repair. Riley's was recommended and we called them on a Friday. To our surprise, our call was answered and a tech came over to our campsite first thing Monday morning. By noon, the repair was done and the fees were reasonable. Shane and Mary (owners) agreed to repair our travel trailer after it had been recovered from being stolen. They were eager to get our money and told us it would be ready in two weeks. Four weeks later (and a missed vacation), we had to put our foot down to actually get our trailer back. The roof was not repaired (broken vent, not caulked well, missing screws in several areas) and the tongue jack was missing--they broke it and had to give us another one with missing parts. When we finally were able to pick up the trailer, Shane and Mary were not even there. We are having to do some of the repairs ourselves that were supposed to be completed and having to order parts that they broke or damaged! I would never recommend this place for repairs! read more

I am so happy I found Riley's RV Repair. They have done a great job for me. First they came out and repaired my shower doors which had come off track including the track also. Fixed it like brand new. Then I had to replace my washer dryer combo. They showed up first thing this morning and had it replaced in an hour. They are always so nice and polite starting with original call to the office to the guys doing the repairs. I would highly recommend to anyone needing help with rv repairs. read more

Unfortunately they were not able to repair our RV not because they didn't want to but because we had a propane leak. He found the leak, but we needed to drain the tank in order for them to do the repair and they didn't want the risk of draining the tank. He even took the time to call around to see if he could find a place to drain it for us to no avail. I would go back just because he was honest with us, didn't try to take advantage. We eventually had to go 50 plus miles to find a place to drain the tank! Used Northwest Propane in Carrollton TX, they were excellent! We appreciated that he took the time and sorry we could t give him our business. read more

I recommend that you talk to someone who has used Riley services BEFORE you use them. Wish I had.
